This article sought to contemplate Sang Lee’s 「Ogamdo(烏瞰圖)」 by applying the statue and mathematics of the book of changes. This means uncertainty of the future. The title of the poem: 「Ogamdo」 implies that there is uncertainty for one’s situation as well as future. 「Ogamdo」 is a series of works; it starts from No.1 and ends with No. 15. Sang Lee claims righteous moral duty throughout the numbers. If the world is chaotic, people have to know their place and behave accordingly. Sang Lee purposely set No.1 to No. 10 to one verse and No.11 to No.13 to another to wish order and harmony to coexist. Crying of Ahae(兒孩) indicates that stupid civilians and crying means distressing real world. The sentence means that civilians are suffering because they are ignorant, but as soon as they break out from their own stupidity, there will be a bright future for them. Firstly, in No.4, numbers are written upside down, which expressed Sang Lee’s the viewpoint of realm. Secondly, • are connected diagonally, which separate numbers. Sang Lee did this in his work to express his desire; he pursued orderly world rather than chaotic world. Thirdly, diagnose 0•1 implies ultimate aspiration and hope. Fourthly, throughout numbers such as 1931 and 26•10, Sang Lee secretly expresses his wishes. He contains his wishes in numbers. One can observe that what Sang Lee wants is to recover the world; that every citizens are in order and equally treated in the world. In this way, 「Ogamdo」 illustrates Sang Lee’s current situation in the real world and his ideal image of the world.
