중년여성의 노화관리 프로그램이 회복탄력성 및 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향 = Effects on resilience and successful aging of aging management program for middle-aged women
This study was conducted using the non-equivalent control pre-post test design was used. The study was conducted by middle-aged women under the age of 45-60 years of age in the G metropolitan area, with a total of 39 people, including 20 in the experimental group and 19 in the control group. Data collection took place from July 2, 2018 to October 30. The aging management program consisted of strategies to enhance the behavior, promotion conditions, and habits of the program, including art, gardening and physical activities, and the program was conducted for a total of 10 weeks, 90 minutes to 120 minutes per week. Data collection was conducted three times before, immediately after, and four weeks after the program was implemented for resilience(self-regulation, interpersonal relationship, positive) and successful aging(physical and psychological adaptation, social change adaptation, and economic change adaptation). Data were analyzed using chi-square test, Fisher's exact test, independent t-test, Mann-Whitney U-test, repeated measures ANOVA, paired t-test with the SPSS/WIN 21.0 program.
The results of this study are as follows:
1. Hypothesis 1: “There will be a significant difference in resilience score between the experimental group and control group" was supported. The resilience score of the experimental group and the control group as a result of has a significant difference between the groups(F=21.01, p<.001). there were significant differences in time-to-group interactions (F=3.70, p=.029). Therefore, hypothesis 1 was supported.1) Sub-Hypothesis 1-1: “There will be a significant difference in score self-regulation between the experimental group and control group" was supported. The self-regulation score of the experimental group and the control group as a result of has a significant difference between the groups(F=40.66, p<.001), there were significant differences in time-to-group interactions(F=4.10, p=.020). Therefore, sub-hypothesis 1-1 was supported.2) Sub-Hypothesis 1-2: “There will be a significant difference in score interpersonal relationship between the experimental group and control group" was supported. The interpersonal relationship score of the experimental group and the control group as a result of has a significant difference between the groups(F=10.34, p=.003), there were significant differences in time-to-group interactions(F=5.16, p=.008). Therefore, sub-hypothesis 1-2 was supported. 3) Sub-Hypothesis 1-3: “There will be a significant difference in score positive between the experimental group and control group" was rejected. The positive score of the experimental group and the control group as a result of was not a significant difference between the groups(F=3.66, p=.063), however, there were significant differences between the time to time(F=7.42, p<.001). However, the time-to-group interactions are also not significant(F=0.05, p=.946). Therefore, sub-hypothesis 1-3 was rejected.
2. Hypothesis 2: “There will be a significant difference in successful aging score between the experimental group and control group" was supported. The success aging score of the experimental group and the control group as a result of has a significant difference between the groups(F=52.99, p<.001), there were significant differences in time-to-group interactions (F=5.86, p=.004). Therefore, hypothesis 2 was supported. 1) Sub-Hypothesis 2-1: “There will be a significant difference in score physical ageing adaptation between the experimental group and control group" was supported. The physical ageing adaptation score of the experimental group and the control group as a result of has a significant difference between the groups(F=65.89, p<.001), there were significant differences in time-to-group interactions(F=6.67, p=.002). Therefore, sub-hypothesis 2-1 was supported. 2) Sub-Hypothesis 2-2: “There will be a significant difference in score psychological age adaptation between the experimental group and control group" was supported. The psychological age adaptation score of the experimental group and the control group as a result of has a significant difference between the groups(F=29.09, p<.001), there were significant differences in time-to-group interactions(F=4.84, p=.011). Therefore, sub-hypothesis 1-2 was supported.3) Sub-Hypothesis 2-3: “There will be a significant difference in score social ageing adaptation between the experimental group and control group" was rejected. The social ageing adaptation score of the experimental group and the control group as a result of has a significant difference between the groups(F=25.95, p<.001). However, there were not significant differences between the time to time(F=0.95, p=.390), the time-to-group interactions are also not significant(F=1.56, p=.216). Therefore, sub-hypothesis 2-3 was rejected 4) Sub-Hypothesis 2-4: “There will be a significant difference in score economic change adaptation between the experimental group and control group" was rejected. The economic change adaptation score of the experimental group and the control group as a result of was not a significant difference between the groups(F=3.07, p=.088). There were no significant differences between the time to time(F=1.01, p=.369), the time-to-group interactions are also not significant(F=0.58, p=.558). Therefore, sub-hypothesis 2-4 was rejected.
In conclusion, aging management programs for middle-aged women has been identified as an effective intervention for promoting resilience (self-regulation, interpersonal relationships) and success aging(physical ageing adaptation, psychological age adaptation).
Therefore, it is suggested that middle-aged women should use the aging management program developed in this study as an intervention program to improving resilience and successful aging .
