韓國地籍行政의 問題點과 改善에 關한 硏究 = The Realization of Urban-Design Objectives through the Urban-Design Approach

Modernization scheme of Korean Cadastre Administrations started from the momentum of "Korean Land Survey" in 1910's.
During lapse of 70 years Since, its modernization shemes have been pushed in a piece meal manner through and thanks to revisions of cadastre acts.
Despite of the endeavours rendered to its modernization So far, we note that there remains still several areas of problems in essence in terms of land Administration, so called, a main stem of cadastre Administration if and when efficiency and rationality of land administration are to be effected.
Its failure and Vulnerabilities are attributable to low standard of cadastre knowledge and technique in 1910's which was not coincident with the present reality.
Threfore this dissertation uncovered some areas of problems inherent to current cadastre administration and sets forth some new directions toward new cadastre system.

Ⅴ. Conclusion
The conclusion derived from the above considerations is as follows:
First, Introduce of Multi purpose Cadastre System.
Second, Cadastre Re-examination.
Third, Magnification and Supplement of cadastre Administration Organization.
We Grope the Areas of problems involved in cadastre Administration and Improvements Related to the problems. But its Implementation of the problems Solutions should be gradual in step by step and cadastre specialists in a view of political complications should be professionally educated among others.
