On the Communist Ideology of State Sovereignty and Its New Contemporary Development

Under the interweaving and superimposition of the century of change and the century of epidemic, the means of the sovereign state's game is becoming more and more complicated. Through multiple methods, such as literature analysis, historical research and case study, the Communists' idea of national sovereignty is explored in depth. Throughout history, the Communists have always adhered to the principle of national sovereignty and explored the way to safeguard the integrity of sovereignty during the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, the War of Liberation, and the Socialist Period, and have put forward many innovative ideas on the construction, maintenance, and consolidation of national sovereignty, whose basic connotations are distinctively Chinese, including the promulgation and implementation of good laws and good ordinances, peaceful coexistence of countries, and solidarity and cooperation in the united front, reflecting the main elements of conflict and struggle. 在百年变局与世纪疫情交织叠加之下，主权国家的博弈手段日渐复杂。通过文献分析法、历史研究法以及案例研究法等多元方法，深入探究共产党人国家主权思想。纵观历史，共产党人在抗日战争时期、解放战争时期以及社会主义时期始终坚持国家主权原则、探索维护主权完整的道路，并且围绕国家主权的建设、维护以及稳固等提出了许多创新观点，其基本内涵具有鲜明的中国特色，包括良法善令的颁布施行、国家之间的和平共处以及统一战线的团结合作等主要内容，体现了矛盾斗争的哲学思维、利益追求的博弈智慧以及求同存异的互动艺术。面对逆风逆水的国际环境，共产党人结合新时代进一步丰富了国家主权思想的内涵意蕴，揭示了国家主权思想的连续性与创新性，主要表现在维护主权完整、反对霸权主义以及倡导多边主义等维度，对维护国家主权安全、推动构建人类命运共同体、实现中华民族伟大复兴具有不可估量的价值。
