교류분석의 자아상태 및 인생태도와 불교의 탐진치와의 관계 분석

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 교류분석의 자아상태와 인생태도를 불교의 오온무아의 자아관과 비교하고, 경험적인 연구의 관점에서 불교의 탐진치가 교류분석의 자아상태 및 인생태도와 연관성이 있는지를 경험적으로 검증하고자 하였다. 나아가 교류분석의 세 자아상태 중 가장 중요한 어른 자아 상태가 불교의 탐진치를 통계적으로 예측하는지를 두 가지 가설로 분석하고자 하였다. 연구참여자는 대학교에 재학한 52명의 성인이었으며, 이들에 대하여 자아상태 및 인생태도 검사도구와 삼독척도를 사용하여 자료를 수집하고 기술분석과 상관관계 분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구의 주된 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 삼독과 자아상태 간의 상관관계를 분석한 결과, 삼독은 자유로운 어린이 자아(FC)와 순응하는 어린이 자아(AC)와는 유의한 양적 상관관계를 어른 자아(A)와는 통계적으로 유의한 부적 상관관계를 보여주었다. 둘째, 삼독과 인생태도 간의 상관관계에서, 삼독은 타인과 세상에 대한 부정성을 나타내는 U-(You’re not OK)와 자신에 대한 부정성을 나타내는 I-((I’m not OK) 사이에 정적인 유의한 상관관계가 보여준 반면에, 타인과 세상에 대한 긍정성을 나타내는 U+(You’re OK)와 자신에 대한 긍정성을 보여주는 I+(I’m OK)와는 유의한 부적인 상관관계를 보여주었다. 셋째, 삼독과 어른 자아상태 기능과의 관계를 회귀분석을 통하여 분석한 결과, 개인의 어른 자아의 기능 수준이 높아질수록 삼독의 수준이 낮아짐을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과는 불교의 이론적 개념들을 교류분석 상담기법에 활용할 수 있음을 시사한 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to compare the ego state with the view of human in Buddhism and to empirically test whether Buddhism's Tamjinchi is correlated with the ego state and life positions in transactional analysis. Furthermore, we sought to analyze with two hypotheses whether the adult ego state statistically predicts Buddhism's Tamjinchi. The study participants included 52 university students, selected through invitation to an online survey via email. Although 120 students were initially invited, the final participation was limited to 60 students, and after excluding insincere responses, the final analysis was conducted with data from 52 participants. Statistical analysis, including descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis, was performed using the SPSS23 statistical program. The main results and discussions of this study are as follows. First, as a result of analyzing the correlation between the three poisons and ego states, the three poisons have a statistically significant positive correlation with Free Child (FC) and Adapting Child (AC) states, and a statistically significant negative correlation with the Adult (A) state. showed it In the sub-domains of the three poisons, a strong positive correlation was found between greed and tFree Child (FC), but a negative correlation was confirmed between the Adult (A) state. Furthermore, Jin and Chi showed a clear positive correlation only with Adapting Child (AC) states. These research results are meaningful in that they provide empirical evidence for explaining the ego state of transactional analysis from a Buddhist perspective. Second, to briefly summarize the results of analyzing the correlation between the three poisons and life position, the three poisons showed a significant positive correlation between not-OKness toward others and the world (U-) and not-OKness toward oneself (I-); There was a significant negative correlation between OKness toward others and the world (U+) and OKness toward oneself (I+). This result is a very interesting research findings that suggests a theoretically appropriate direction on how the life position of transactional analysis and Tamjinchi Three poisons affect human thoughts, emotions, and behavior. Third, as a result of analyzing the relationship between the three poisons and the functioning of the Adult ego state through regression analysis, it was confir med that the level of the three poisons decreased as the level of functioning of the individual's Adult ego increased. This conclusion implies that strengthening the functionality of the Adult ego state through counseling can alleviate psychological distress, suggesting that techniques from Transactional Analysis in Buddhist counseling may be beneficial in reducing personal agony.
