스포츠 전공과 모델 전공 여대생의 유연성 비교 = Comparison of Flexibility Types for Sports and Model Majors at Women`s College

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Flexibility types of 6 categories, 6 anthropometric measurements, and 2 strength types of 48 sports majors and 49 model majors at women`s college were obtained to compare flexibility types for sports major and model major groups, to assess the relationships between flexibility types of 6 categories and 8 anthropometric measurements, correlation among these flexibility types investigated by each group. 1. In flexibility types of trunk flexion, extension, abduction of hip joint, dynamic flexibility, sports major group may be more flexible significantly than model major group, but in flexion-extension of hip joint seems not to be found the significant difference between the former and the other group. 2. The correlation of standing height, leg length, arm length, the height of lifted up arms from the head between flexibility types showed similar aspect in two groups, but the size of each correlation coefficient were different. 3. The correlation of abdominal muscle strength, back muscle strength between flexibility types by each group may be different each other and the difference of correlation of two muscle strength types between flexibility types seems that it depend upon the difference of each muscle strength between sports major group and model major group. 4. Though the aims of measurement is same in flexibility, the value of measurement and the correlation of one flexibility type between others seems that those depend upon the instrument. In two groups, high significant correlation were found between standing-reach-flexibility and sit-and-reach flexibility but the correlation of trunk-extension flexibility between bridge-up II flexibility was moderate significantly, and the correlation of bridge-up II flexibility between other flexibility types showed that was higher than it of trunk- extension flexibility between others.
