한∙중 예술대학 비교연구분석을 통한 대련 지역의 문화예술 교육 및 산업 활성화 전략과 방향성 = A Comparative Study of Art Colleges in South Korea and China: Strategies and Directions for Enhancing Cultural and Artistic Education and Industry in the Dalian Region

This study analyzed the current state of the cultural and arts industry in South Korea and China, and explored directions and strategies for future arts education and industry exchange in Dalian, a region underserved in the arts. Content analysis and comparative analysis methods were used to examine the cultural and artistic landscape in both countries. The study emphasized the importance of academia-industry partnerships, interdisciplinary integration, and an educational philosophy focused on international cooperation, centered around Dalian University of Foreign Languages' International School of Art. It examined strategies for cultural and artistic development through regional branding.
The Liaoning and Dalian city model of university-industry collaboration was found to enhance students' practical experience and deepen their understanding of the arts. Additionally, the use of digital technology and online platforms presents new possibilities in arts education and industry, suggesting a new paradigm for international cultural and artistic exchange. The strategies proposed for the integration of culture and arts provide new directions for arts education and industry, essential for fostering talents that can energize and grow cultural exchange between the two countries. While this research primarily focused on Liaoning and Dalian, the strategies and approaches presented are expected to significantly contribute to the development of the cultural and arts industry and the nurturing of international talents in Korea, China, and particularly in Dalian.
