기업가정신과 창업의도와의 관계에게 자기조절력의 매개효과에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Mediating Effect of Self－Regulation in the Relationship Between Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurial Intention

국문 초록 (Abstract)

[연구목적] 본 연구는 기업가정신이 창업의도에 미치는 영향과 이 관계에서 자기조절력의 매개효과를 실증적으로 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 창업의도는 창업 행동의 핵심적인선행 요인으로, 이를 형성하는 과정에서 기업가정신과 같은 개인적 특성과 자기조절력과같은 심리적 요인이 어떻게 작용하는지를 규명하고자 한다. 또한, 본 연구는 성별, 학년, 전공과 같은 통제 변수를 포함하여 변수 간의 관계를 보다 정교하게 이해하고, 창업교육및 정책 설계에 실질적인 방향성을 제시하는 데 기여하고자 한다.
[연구방법] 창업교육에 참여한 대학생 323명을 대상으로 SPSS 프로그램을 활용하여 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였으며 매개효과 분석을 진행하였다.
[연구결과] 기업가정신은 자기조절력과 창업의도에 유의미한 정(＋)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 자기조절력은 창업의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으나 기업가정신과창업의도 간의 관계를 매개하는 효과는 통계적으로 유의미하지 않은 것으로 확인되었다.
성별과 같은 통제 변수는 창업의도에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤으나, 학년과 전공은 유의미하지 않았다.
[연구의 시사점] 본 연구는 기업가정신이 창업의도에 미치는 영향과 자기조절력의 역할을 규명함으로써, 창업의도 형성 과정에 대한 학문적 및 실무적 시사점을 제공하였다. 학문적으로는 기업가정신과 창업의도의 관계에서 자기조절력을 포함한 심리적 요인을 탐구함으로써 기존 연구의 이론적 공백을 메우고자 하였다. 실무적으로는 창업교육에서 자기조절력을 강화하는 훈련 프로그램을 포함하고 창업자의 개인적 특성을 고려한 맞춤형 지원 정책을 설계해야 함을 제안하였다. 이러한 연구 결과는 창업 활성화와 창업 성공 가능성을 높이는 데 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

[Purpose] This study aims to empirically analyze the impact of entrepreneurial spirit on entrepreneurial intention and the mediating effect of self－regulation in this relationship. Entrepreneurial intention is a critical precursor to entrepreneurial behavior, and this study seeks to identify how individual characteristics, such as entrepreneurial spirit, and psychological factors, such as self－regulation, contribute to its formation.
Furthermore, this study includes control variables such as gender, academic year, and major to understand the relationships between variables more comprehensively, thereby providing practical insights for entrepreneurship education and policy design.
[Methodology] Factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed using the SPSS program on 323 college students who participated in entrepreneurship education, and mediation effect analysis was conducted.
[Findings] The results revealed that entrepreneurial spirit has a significant positive (＋) effect on self－regulation and entrepreneurial intention. Self－regulation also positively influenced entrepreneurial intention. However, the mediating effect of self regulation on the relationship between entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial intention was not statistically significant. Among the control variables, gender significantly impacted entrepreneurial intention, whereas academic year and major did not.
[Implications] This study provides both academic and practical insights by clarifying the role of entrepreneurial spirit and self－regulation in shaping entrepreneurial intention. Academically, it bridges a theoretical gap by exploring psychological factors, such as self－regulation, in the relationship between entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial intention. Practically, it suggests incorporating training programs to enhance self－regulation in entrepreneurship education and designing tailored support policies that consider individual entrepreneurial characteristics. These findings can serve as foundational data for fostering entrepreneurship and increasing the likelihood of entrepreneurial success.
