『고조선단군학』 25년의 성과와 활용 방안 = The Achievements and Applications of The Journal of Gojoseon&Dangun Studies over 25 Years

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 논문은 지난 25년 간 고조선단군학회(단군학회)가 발행해 온 『고조선단군학(단군학연구)』의 연구 흐름을 살펴본 것이다. 그리고 지금까지 장기간 축적되어 온 학술지의 연구 성과를 어떻게 활용할 것인지, 그리고 지금 우리 학회에 주어진 과제는 무엇인지에 대해서도 간단히 짚어보았다.
먼저 1999년 창간호부터 『고조선단군학』 54호(2024.8)에 이르기까지 본 학술지에 게재된 총 477편의 논문에 대해 연도별 수록 논문 편수를 정리하고 주제별로 논문 게재 상황을 분석하였다. 그 결과 『고조선단군학』의 연구 동향은 창립기[1999~2002], 확장기[2003~2014], 과도기[2015~2020]를 거쳐 지금의 정립기[2021~현재]에 이르렀음을 파악할 수 있었다.
나아가 학술지 연구 성과의 활용 방안에 대해서는 ①홈페이지 개편(고조선‧단군 학술 DB 구축)과 전자책 발간, ②연구 분야의 확장에 따른 『고조선단군학 연구총서』 편찬, ③신진 연구자 연구 발표 섹션, ④북한 학계 연구 성과에 대한 이해 심화, ⑤재야사학‧사이비역사학[유사역사학]의 최근 역사 인식 분석 등 총 다섯 가지 항목으로 제시해 보았다.

This paper reviews the research trends of The Journal of Gojoseon&Dangun Studies, published by the Gojoseon&Dangun Studies Association over the past 25 years. Additionally, it briefly discusses how the accumulated research achievements of this academic journal can be utilized in the future, as well as the current challenges facing our society.
To begin, the total of 477 articles published from the inaugural issue in 1999 to Issue 54 (August 2024) were analyzed, categorizing them by the number of articles published annually and by research topics. The analysis revealed that the research trends of The Journal of Gojoseon&Dangun Studies, can be divided into four phases: the Founding Period (1999–2002), the Expansion Period (2003–2014), the Transitional Period (2015–2020), and the current Consolidation Period (2021–present).
Furthermore, this study proposes five strategies for utilizing the research outcomes of the journal: ①revamping the website (building an academic database) and publishing e-books, ②compiling a Comprehensive ‘Gojoseon&Dangun Series’ in response to the expansion of research fields, ③creating sections for the presentation of research by emerging scholars, ④deepening understanding of the research achievements of North Korean academia, and ⑤analyzing recent historical perspectives within the pseudohistory scholarship.
