미용사(일반) 국가기술자격 검정형과 과정평가형에 대한 학습자 만족도 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 국가직무능력표준(NCS) 기반으로 구성된 미용사(일반) 국가기술자격 검정형과 과정평가형에 대한 학습자 만족도를 설문지를 활용하여 비교․분석하여 연구하였다.
첫째. 미용사(일반) 국가자격 검정형과 과정평가형 교육. 훈련 프로그램 훈련생의 이해정도와 필요성을 알아본다. 둘째. 미용사(일반) 국가자격 검정형과 과정평가형 교육. 훈련프로그램에 대한 요구사항을 알아본다. 셋째. 미용사(일반) 국가자격 검정형과 과정평가형 교육. 훈련 학습자의 만족도를 연구하고자 하였다. 검정형 미용사(일반)과정 학습자들과 과정평가형 미용사(일반) 학습자의 만족도를 비교 분석하기 위하여 교육. 훈련과정과 교육환경, 훈련시설, 교육 강사에 대한 요구사항과 기술력 향상 등 다양한 요구사항과 문항이 필요하여 검증된 선행 연구 자료를 참고하게 되었다. 학습자의 만족도 연구를 위하여 2019년 3월 1일〜2020년 6월 30일 약 15개월 동안 부산. 경남 지역에 거주하신 분들을 대상으로 설문 조사를 하였다. 설문지 조사방법은 직업 교육, 훈련을 받은 교육. 훈련생을 대상으로 2019년 3월부터 2020년 6월까지 기간으로 설문지를 조사하였다. 설문지는 총 160부를 배포하여 불성실한 응답을 한 설문지 8부를 제외하고 152부를 본 논문의 연구에 사용하였다.
국가 직무능력표준 홈페이지 자료실과 한국 산업인력공단 홈페이지 자료실, 한국 산업인력공단의 수탁연구 과정평가형 운영실태 및 성과분석에 관한 연구 자료를 기반으로 선행 연구를 수정. 보완하고 2016년 한국 산업인력공단의 과정평가형 자격의 성과분석과 개선방안 과정평가형 국가기술자격 교육 훈련기관 훈련생용 설문지를 인용하였다.
검정형과 과정평가형의 만족도 차이 검증에서 훈련교육내용, 훈련교육 강사, 환경운영체계, 훈련과정의 전반적인 만족도가 과정평가형 보다 검정형이 높게 나왔는데 만족도 항목별 직무능력 강화를 위해 교육에 투자하는 시간에 따라 유의한 차이를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 만족도 항목별 참여했던 훈련 프로그램의 직무능력 강화를 위해 교육에 투자하는 시간은 훈련과정 전반적인 만족도, 훈련 교육내용 만족도, 훈련 교육 강사 만족도, 훈련 교육 환경 만족도, 훈련 운영 체계 만족도, 전체 훈련과정 만족도에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
직업훈련교육 프로그램 참여를 통하여 체계적으로 기본이 되는 기술을 배우고 습득하여 미용사(일반) 국가기술자격증 취득하고자하는 학습자들은 지속적으로 증가하고 있고 미용사(일반)국가기술자격 검정형과 과정평가형 자격증은 산업현장에서의 활용도와 만족도가 높아 적응력이 높아지리라 사료된다. 검정형과 과정평가형의 교육. 훈련시간과 기간은 차이가 있지만 적합한 직업훈련과정 편성을 통한 직업훈련기관이 프로그램을 개설하고 교육. 훈련강사와 학습자들이 원활하게 소통하고 노력한다면 앞에서 나온 결과처럼 성별의 차이가 없이 훈련과정 전체의 만족도가 높아지기를 바라고 이를 바탕으로 전문 인력양성을 위한 교육. 훈련과정의보완 및 개선의 기초자료를 제공하여 미용사로서 갖추어야 할 역량인 두피, 모발관리, 헤어샴푸, 헤어 커트, 헤어 퍼머넌트 웨이브, 헤어 컬러, 헤어드라이 등의 서비스제공을 통하여 고객의 심리적, 정서적, 미적 욕구를 충족시켜줄 수 있도록 전문적인 인력으로 양성되길 바란다.
본 연구를 바탕으로 좀 더 현실적인 부분에서 연구가 이루어져 정부 정책과 교육생 요구에 맞춰 교육과정이 개설되고 지원되는 것이 무엇보다 중요하다고 생각한다. 현장 맞춤으로 교육이 진행되고 현장에 맞춘 정책이 수정ㆍ보완되어 교육의 질이 높아지길 바라며, 후속 연구로는 미용사(일반) 국가기술자격증 취득을 위해 검정형과 과정평가형 교육. 훈련프로그램을 선택함에 있어 좀 더 체계적이고 세부적인 부분까지 고려하여 심도 있는 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study compared and analyzed learners satisfaction with the national technical qualification test type and the process evaluation type of beautician (general), which were composed based on the National Competency Standard (NCS).

Education to compare and analyze the satisfaction of the certified cosmetologist (general) course learners and the course evaluation cosmetologist (general) learners. Various requirements and questions such as training courses, educational environment, training facilities, requirements for education instructors, and technical improvement were needed, and thus verified prior research data were referred to. In order to study the satisfaction of learners, from March 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020, Busan for about 15 months. A survey was conducted on people living in the Gyeongnam area. The questionnaire survey method is vocational education, trained education. A questionnaire was surveyed for trainees from March 2019 to June 2020. A total of 160 questionnaires were distributed, and 152 copies were used for the study of this paper, excluding 8 questionnaires that gave an unfaithful response.
Revision of previous studies based on the data room on the National Job Competency Standards website, the website data room of the Korea Human Resources Development Service, and the research data on the operation status and performance analysis of the entrusted research process evaluation type of the Korea Human Resources Development Service. In addition, a questionnaire for trainees of a course evaluation-type national technical qualification education and training institution was cited as a result of analysis and improvement measures of the 2016 Human Resources Development Service of Korea. In the verification of the difference between the satisfaction level between the certification type and the process evaluation type, the overall satisfaction of the training education content, training education instructor, environment operation system, and training course was higher than that of the course evaluation type. It was found that there was a significant difference over time.
The number of learners who want to acquire a hairdresser (general) national technical certificate by systematically learning and acquiring basic skills through participation in vocational training and education programs is constantly increasing, and the beautician (general) national technical qualification test type and course evaluation type certificate are industrial It is believed that the adaptability will increase due to high utilization and satisfaction in the field.
Education in the screening type and process evaluation type. Training hours and durations vary, but vocational training institutions open programs and provide education through appropriate vocational training courses. If training instructors and learners communicate smoothly and make efforts, as in the previous result, we hope that the satisfaction of the entire training process will increase without gender differences, and based on this, education to foster professional human resources By providing basic data for supplementation and improvement of the training process, we provide services such as scalp, hair care, hair shampoo, hair cut, hair permanent wave, hair color, and hair dryer. I hope that they will be trained as professional manpower to satisfy their aesthetic needs. Based on this study, I think it is most important that the research is conducted in a more realistic area, and that the curriculum is established and supported in accordance with the government policy and the needs of trainees. We hope that the education will be tailored to the field, and policies tailored to the field will be revised and supplemented to improve the quality of education. As a follow-up study, the qualification type and process evaluation type education for acquiring the national technical certificate for beauticians (general). In selecting a training program, in-depth research is necessary considering more systematic and detailed parts.
