디지털 기업가정신과 디지털 역량이 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Impact of Digital Entrepreneurship and Digital Competence on Business Performance

Currently, with the rapid development of digital economy-based business and digital technology, studies on the relationship between entrepreneurship and digital competency are needed. There is a lack of research on how digital technology changes entrepreneurship, how digital entrepreneurship predicts performance results and the relationship between individual digital competencies for digital entrepreneurship. This study set digital entrepreneurship and digital competency as independent variables based on previous studies, and management performance was set as a dependent variable. Statistical methods were used to verify the effect of digital entrepreneurship and digital competency components on management performance. For empirical analysis, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 142 founders. For hypothesis verification, a structural equation model analysis was conducted using AMOS 21.0. As a result of hypothesis verification, the hypothesis that digital entrepreneurship will have a positive (+) effect on digital competency was adopted. The hypothesis that digital entrepreneurship will have a positive (+) effect on management performance was also adopted. The hypothesis that digital competency will have a positive (+) effect on management performance was also adopted. The mediating effect of digital competency was confirmed in the relationship between digital entrepreneurship and management performance. In the conclusion, the summary, implications, and limitations of this study were discussed based on the analyzed results above.
