2022 개정 1~2학년 통합교과 교육과정과 3~6학년 교과 교육과정의 연계성 분석 = An Analysis of the Connectivity between the 2022 Revised Integrated Curriculum for Grades 1-2 and the Curriculum for Grades 3-6

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구에서는 2022 개정 1~2학년 통합교과 교육과정과 3학년 이후의 교과 교육과정의 연계성을 분석하고, 이를 토대로 통합교과 교육과정에서 연계성을 확보한 방안의 특징에 대하여 논해보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2022 개정 통합교과 성취기준과 분과교과 성취기준을 매칭하고 교육과정 내용 간 계속성과 계열성을 판단하여 연계성 정도를 분석하였다. 연구 결과로는 첫째, 통합교과의 모든 영역에서 일곱 개의 분과교과 모두와 연계된 내용을 다루지만 영역별로 특정 교과와 더 높은 연계성을 보인다는 점과 3~4학년군 내용뿐만 아니라 5~6학년군의 내용과도 두루 연계되어 있다는 점을 확인하였다. 둘째, 대부분의 성취기준이 분과교과와 연계되어 있었고 하나의 성취기준에 두 개 이상의 분과교과 성취기준이 연계된다는 점을 확인하였다. 셋째, 바른 생활과는 도덕과, 사회과와 슬기로운 생활과는 과학과, 사회과, 실과과와, 즐거운 생활과는 체육과, 음악과, 미술과와 높은 연계성을 지니면서도 이외의 교과와도 두루 연계성을 갖고 있다는 점을 확인하였다. 이런 연구 결과를 통해 통합교과가 분과교과와 연계성을 확보한 다음의 세 가지 방식을 논의하였다. 첫째, 통합교과의 영역에서 다루는 다양한 주제를 중심으로 이와 관련된 분과교과의 내용들을 포섭하는 방식으로 연계성을 확보하고 있었다. 둘째, 실천 경험 중심, 탐구 경험 중심, 놀이 경험 중심 교과라는 각 통합교과의 성격을 중심으로 분과교과의 관련 내용을 연계하였다. 셋째, 특정 성취기준의 개발을 통해 연계성을 확보하였다.

This study analyzed the connectivity between the 2022 revised integrated curriculum for the first and second grades and the curriculum for the 3rd grade and above, and discussed the characteristics of the integrated curriculum to secure connection with other curriculum. To this end, the 2022 revised integrated curriculum standards and other curriculum standards were matched, and the degree of connection was analyzed by judging the continuity and sequence between the curriculum contents. As a result of the study, first, it was confirmed that all areas of the integrated curriculum were related to the other seven curricula, but each area showed a higher connection with a specific subject, and that it was connected not only to the contents of the 3rd and 4th grades but also to the contents of the 5th and 6th grades. Second, it was confirmed that most of the integrated subjects standards were connected to the other subjects standards, and that one standard was linked to two or more standards of the curriculum. Third, it was confirmed that each integrated subject had a wide connection not only with the original subject but also with other subjects. Through the results of this study, the following three methods were discussed to secure the connection between the integrated curriculum and the other curricular. First, various topics covered in the area of integrated curriculum were linked with the related contents of the other curricular. Second, the related contents of the other curriculum were connected based on the characteristics of each integrated subject: practical experience-oriented subject, inquiry experience-oriented subject, and play experience-oriented subject. Third, the connection of the other curricular was secured through the development of specific standards.
