여성장애인의 생활체육 참여 향상을 위한 요인 탐색 = Factor Exploration for Improvement the Participation in Sports for All of Women with Disabilities

The purpose of this study was to explore important factors to improvement the participation in sports for all of women with disabilities by using the Delphi technique. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, upper factors were derived through literature analysis. Based on this, in order to represent multiple interests and objectivity, the final sub-factors were deducted by performing Delphi analysis, targeting a total of 20 people, 5 people from each group, were divided into academia and research institute workers, local governments and association officials, field practitioners and women with disabilities participating in sports for all. The research results drew the conclusions as follows. First, in the 'leader' area, ‘professionalism of the leader’, ‘assignment of professional leaders’, and ‘arrangement and support of auxiliary personnel’ were derived. Second, in the 'program' area, 'programs tailored to women with disabilities', 'diversification of programs', and 'activate of clubs' were derived. Third, in the 'facility and environment' area, 'right of mobility and accessibility', 'convenience facilities for the disabled in sports facilities', 'expansion of sports facilities for the disabled', and 'development and supply of equipment' were derived. Fourth, in the 'administrative and financial support system' area, ‘financial security and support of government and institutions’, ‘expansion of voucher projects’, ‘support for sports associations and organizations for the disabled’, and ‘expanding female members of related organizations’ were derived. Fifth, in the 'awareness and publicity' area, 'promotion of sports for women with disabilities', 'recognition of non-disabled people', and 'recognition of sports for women with disabilities' were derived.
