코로나19 팬데믹 시대에 기독교 선교환경의 변화와 정책과제 = Changes in Christian Missionary Environment and Poilcy Issues in the COVID-19 Pandemic Era

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 논문의 목적은 코로나19 감염병과 기독교에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 기독교 선교환경의 변화내용을 종합적으로 진단하고, 이를 기반으로 전략 및 사역의 관점에서 기독교 선교정책의 과제를 제시하는 데 있다. 연구의 주요 내용들은 서론, 코로나19 감염병과 기독교의 이해, 기독교 선교환경의 변화내용, 코로나19 팬데믹 시대 기독교 선교정책의 과제 및 결론 등으로 구성되어 있다. 코로나19 시대의 특징들은 비대면 사회의 도래와 가속, 디지털 사회의 가속화, 가족공동체와 다음 세대의 위기 및 선교적 동력의 위험 등으로 설명할 수 있다. 코로나19 팬데믹 시대에 선교사역의 입장에서 선교정책의 과제들은 교회공공성의 회복과 강화, 교회 사회적 소통능력의 제고, 이단집단 종합 근본대책의 마련, 가정의 획복과 가정사역의 강화, 미자립 소형교회의 지원 확대, 생활신앙의 성숙도 향상, 재택･원격근무, 재택수업 방식의 선교분야 활용, 성육신적 선교의 실행 등으로 제시되고 있다. 선교전략의 측면에서 선교정책의 과제에는 비대면 시대 on & off line 교회사역, 디지털･아날로그 공동사역, 다음세대 중심가정사역의 교회, 교회 디지털 선교역량의 제고, 교회론과 제자도의 재발견, 해외 거점ž토착화 선교방식, 해외 지원선교 역할의 강화 및 선교현장의 국내 영역확대 등이 포함되어 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to diagnose the overall changes in the Christian missionary environment based on the theological understanding of the COVID-19 pandemic infectious disease and Christianity, and to devise issues for Christian mission policy based on this. The main contents of the study consist of an introduction, an understanding of the COVID-19 infectious disease and Christianity, changes in the Christian mission environment, and policy issues of Christian mission in the COVID-19 pandemic era and conclusion. The characteristics of COVID-19 pandemic era can be explained by the advent and acceleration of a non-face-to-face society, the acceleration of digital oriented society, the crisis of family community and next generation, and the danger of missionary power. From the perspective of ministry in the COVID-19 pandemic era, mission policy issues are the recovery and strengthening of church's publicity, preparation of comprehensive basic measures for heretical groups, increased supports for non-independent small churches, enhancing the church social communication skills, and restoring family ministry. It has been suggested as strengthening of spirituality and improving the maturity of spiritual faith of believers. In terms of strategy, mission policy issues in the COVID-19 pandemic era include non-face-to-face church ministry in the era of on & off, the church's family ministry centered on next generation, the rediscovery of ecclesiology and discipleship, the reinforcement of role of overseas supporting mission, the digital and analog jointed church ministry. It can be explored by enhancing the digital mission capacity of the church, the overseas basesžindigenous mission methods, and the expansion of domestic mission field.
