I wished to clear state of service operation the state examination(科擧) in this study in terms of King Yeong-jo(英祖).
Maintain stability of political situation as Tangpyongchaek(蕩平策) is applied in regular political situation operation politically at this time and with this various system reform. Specially, occasion of the Munkwa(文科) which become important bolt of government office advance King Yeoug-jo Gwapyeijeongyuneum (科弊驚正綸音) is distributed and state of new operation is confirmed.
Beside, there is large meaning that observe real condition and abuse of the state examination(科擧) because the Bulyuls(閥閱) that center particular pedigree are regularly formed time examines closely the Bulyuls"(閥閱) personality. The Bulyuls(閥閱) were using past on their influence enlargement by formation of influence through marriage and successful examinee exclusive possession.
There is purpose of this writing though Bulyuls(閥閱) inquiry self-disciplines clear truth that was far profitable in political advance after phenomenon and passing that successful examinee is converged for the Bulyuls(閥閱) artillery piece through successful examinee analysis.
