School organization is can't be without students. The student has various potential powers. Therefore school authority should supply an opportunity to exhibit the their potential power.
So we request to reform the way of the school administration of the this days.
The way of reform in school administartion is diversity. But I suggest a some device.
First, Apprehend the school organization with the new sight. School organization has the following characters.
1. School organization's aims is to educated the students to development of their potential powers.
2. School organization take a serious view of learning process.
3. School organization is loose coupling system.
4. School organization anarchy organization.
5. School organization has diverse population.
6. Diverse technology is applied to practice the educational task in school.
Second, renovate the school organizational culture.
School organizational culture is the shared idea, values, faith, custom, norms.
School organizational culture govern the way of thinking of the constituents and fortell their attitude or behavior. I present following some device to accomplish the aim's of school administration.
1. Change the recognition to the task of school organization.
2. Change of the School organization construction.
3. Support technology for custormer. Students is the custormer in school.
Third, Exhibit the transformational leadership.
Transformational leader prepare to conduct strategic long term planing, read the changing nature of external and internal situations, and manage organizational cultural variables to align them with plans.
