This study evaluates child day care program to nurture teachers who is working the common people child house which is situated to Busan, and wish to examine improvement way.
Is droping affirmative rating about quality of general child's day care program such as cross-fertilization with teachers' protection about day care Serviceㆍeducationㆍesteemed daughterㆍhealthㆍsafetyㆍservice a to the common people child house situated to Busan, and contents about each areas are same as following.
First, necessary minimum nurture for area development and wholesome self growth is essential and primary element to child. Teachers' estimation about Busan area common people child's protection of house about this is very affirmative.
Second, education in child physicalㆍsocialㆍ in aspect that supply experience that can contribute in development area and language enemy important, teachers' assessment for the Busan area common people child house showed positively in reply.
Third, item about supply is essential term in child's house along with home necessary esteemed daughter enemy, in reply child's esteemed daughter supply state for Busan city common people child's house and menu and way habit is appearing positively in wholesome growth of child, but countermeasure for back that children have unbalanced diet or prefer fast food is appearing by lacking thing. Therefore, must cooperate systematically with home and try for wholesome growth and health a growth.
Fourth, item of stability etc.. should be guaranteed together with esteemed daughter to keep health, teachers of the Busan area common people child house are emphasizing systematic program's necessity about health management relatively in reply although is doing affirmative estimation about state of cleanliness etc.. Therefore, construct community's dam water or welfare resource and coupled net and do that it is important that guarantee enough thing.
Fifth, because stability is the most primary desire, teacher, parent, community's all must try in all service's expansion connected with child's safety. Teachers' estimation about safety of the Busan common people child house is affirmative for very affirmative and specially different items. Therefore, is demoting assessment which satisfy about item which is safety.
Sixth, primary support system in child is very desirable method access about parent is very important and improve quality of education. But, degree of parents' education participation for the Busan common people child house and parent education are doing estimation relatively low than other area. Therefore, methods of and so on that ready passageway of communication with parent also with on-time and systematic education participation and develop correct program in parents' desire have to be considered.
Seventh, Community must do so that is very important and contribute to welfare of all of nurture equipmentㆍhomeㆍcommunity through program laying stress on community in seven ranks, ecological viewpoint. But, teachers' estimation for the Busan common people child house is comparing with other area and do very low estimation. Teachers' entrance is recognizing about community's the importance and necessity, but community is taken part in education or program or community inhabitants' participation is evaluating by lacking thing as community's chapter . Therefore, child day care program that rescue enough community-based common people day care child's strong point of house development supply must and everybody need try.
Busan common people child's house can see that service for enough nutrition and health that can is protected, and oneself do growth and development, and contribute in physical emotional development safety from external environment including fundamental education required for former human development of child as that nurture equipment offers 6 branches of education, esteemed daughter, health, safety, service about parent, interchange with community etc. and protection service from child nurture method enforcement regulations 23 article is offered from community and parent as can see in result of something wrong.
But, parents have a few participation to nurture equipment or nurture program yet and it is real condition that opportunity of self growth offered separately with child's nurture to parents is not offered.
Also, program of community center in community child that construct a services and wholesome socialization of child and program for self formation and network to subject and so on comprehensive day care program need.
