장애인 교원 인적지원 모델 개발 연구: S시 사례를 중심으로 = Research on the Development of a Human Support Model for Teachers with Disabilities: Focusing on the Case of S City

국문 초록 (Abstract)

Purpose 또는 Objectives: This study sought to develop a model that can provide human support from the perspective of improving job ability rather than benefiting as a right of disabled teachers in a situation where critical views on the work performance of disabled teachers are widespread. Method: In this study, a human support model for teachers with disabilities was developed through an expert panel Delphi survey. The survey was conducted three times in total, targeting 24 disabled teachers and 3 researchers related to disabled teachers. Results: A human support model (draft) for teachers with disabilities was developed through the first expert panel Delphi survey, and the content validity of the model was secured between the second and third surveys. Three areas were presented: the operating system for the human support model for teachers with disabilities, the organization and principles of the Support Center for Teachers with Disabilities (tentative name), and the plan for utilizing the human support checklist for teachers with disabilities, and content validity was secured in all questions in each area. Conclusion 또는 Implications: A change in the operator's perspective on human support was presented as a major factor when operating the human support model for teachers with disabilities. In addition, the Center for Supporting Disabled Teachers (tentative name) was presented as a central point, and specific discussion items such as budget for organization and human resources were suggested. Lastly, simultaneous discussion of long-term plans, including follow-up studies of model application, and short-term solutions to the current situation was suggested.
