자연휴양림의 潛在的要素에 관한 연구 : 槐山演習林을 중심으로 In the case of Koe-San Experiment Forests = Studies on the potentialty Requisite of Natural Recreation Forests

The policy of bulled up the natural recreation forests actively pursued by the goverment is highly and increasingly favored and expected by and among populaces in the country. The purpose of the study is sought in in utlization of Koe-san Experiment Forests as a buildup of a natural recreation forest for multi-purpose application to act up to the evermore heightened social concern and interest. General analysis of various factors involved in Kee-san Experiment Forests indicated 66.25 level of value and the forests are evaluated to be suitable worthy of being designated as a natural recreation forest. Looking into the result and status of the analysis by itemized considerations, landscape and accessibility are evaluated suitble. Also suitable are Flora-fana, water (valley) and development conditions. Recreation opportunity is however is evaluated unsuitable. There are graves detrimental to the development of natural recreation forest in Koe-san Experiment Foests. Such obstaclesl should be removed from the site. It is desirable that our modern management of the forests should be designed capable of serving to diverse functions such as production of materials, perservation, public health and recreation and so forth. The management should accommodate employment of approaches as follow Forest type should be built up with multiple layered forest of mixed forests of various species of trees. Reserve of tree layers should be secured with adequate spacial interval. With built-up of Koe-san Experiment Forests, local populace of Joongwon town Including school teachers, students and alumnus can be provided with optimum circumstance of mental and physical benefits. Koe-san Experiment Forests upon its completion is certain to contributing to expanded employment and development of the communities.
