인공지능 비서 관련 서비스에 대한 이용빈도와 기대수준 간의 관계 = Relationship between the Use Frequencies and Expectation Levels for Artificial Intelligence Secretary Services

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 가상인간, 인공지능 프로그램 기반 업무 보조 서비스, 인공지능 비서 등 인공지능비서 관련 서비스에 대한 일반인의 성별, 연령별, 생활수준별 이용빈도, 기대수준에 대한 인식차이, 인공지능 비서 관련 서비스에 대한 일반인의 성별, 연령별, 생활수준별 이용빈도와 기대수준 간의 관계를 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 기술통계(descriptive statistics), t-검증(t-test), 변량분석(ANOVA), 단순상관분석(simple correlation analysis), 단순회귀분석(simple regression analysis) 등 양적 연구를 실시하였다. 구체적인 연구결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 인공지능 비서 관련 서비스에 대한 일반인의 성별, 연령별, 생활수준별 이용빈도, 기대수준에 대한 인식 차이는 가상인간, 인공지능 프로그램 기반 업무 보조 서비스, 인공지능 비서 모두 연령별, 생활수준별 인식 차이가 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 인공지능 비서 관련 서비스에 대한 기대수준 인식 차이는 가상인간에 대한 성별 인식 차이가 유의미한 것으로 나타났으며, 가상인간, 인공지능 프로그램 기반 업무 보조 서비스, 인공지능 비서 모두 연령별, 생활수준별 인식차이가 유의미한 것으로 나타났다.
둘째, 인공지능 비서 관련 서비스에 대한 일반인의 성별, 연령별, 생활수준별 이용빈도와 기대수준 간의 관계는 모두 유의미한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 가상인간에 대한 이용빈도가 가상인간에 대한 기대수준에 미치는 영향, 인공지능 프로그램 기반 업무 보조 서비스에 대한이용빈도가 인공지능 프로그램 기반 업무 보조 서비스에 대한 기대수준에 미치는 영향, 인공지능 비서에 대한 이용빈도가 인공지능 비서에 대한 기대수준에 미치는 영향은 모두 유의미한 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to analyze the differences in the frequency of use and expectation levels of artificial intelligence secretary services, such as virtual humans, artificial intelligence program-based work assistance services, and secretaries, among the general public by gender, age, and standard of living. For this purpose, quantitative analysis descriptive statistics, the t-test, ANOVA, simple correlation analysis, and simple regression analysis was conducted. The specific research results are as follows.
First, the analysis of the differences in the frequencies of use of artificial intelligence assistant-related services showed that there were no significant gender differences for virtual humans, artificial intelligence program-based work assistance services, and artificial intelligence secretaries. Virtual humans, artificial intelligence program-based work assistance services, and artificial intelligence secretaries all showed significant differences based on age and standard of living. The expectation levels for artificial intelligence assistant-related services showed significant gender differences for virtual humans. However, artificial intelligence program-based work assistance services and, artificial intelligence secretaries showed significant gender differences, and virtual humans, artificial intelligence program-based work assistance services, and artificial intelligence secretaries all showed significant differences by age and standard of living.
Second, the relationship between the use frequencies and the expectation levels for artificial intelligence secretary services showed a significant correlation between all variables. The effect of the use frequencies of virtual humans artificial intelligence program-based work assistance services, and artificial intelligence secretaries on their respective expectation levels all showed significant differences by age and standard of living.
According to these research results, human secretaries use artificial intelligence secretary services focusing on digital technology. They must strive to develop high-level secretarial work areas based on the unique analog sensibilities and abilities of humans, to acquire excellent job capabilities.
