고등학교 축구팀 내 소통이 전략적 의사 결정과 경기 운영에 미치는 영향 = The Impact of Intra-Team Communication on Strategic Decision-Making and Game Management in High School Soccer Teams

국문 초록 (Abstract)

목적 본 연구의 목적은 고등학교 스포츠 클럽 축구팀에서 팀 내 소통이 전략적 의사 결정과 경기 운영의 효율성에 미치는 영향을분석하는 것이다. 축구는 팀워크와 협업이 필수적인 스포츠로, 경기 중 이루어지는 원활한 의사소통은 경기력과 성과에 결정적인요인이 된다. 본 연구는 고등학교 스포츠 클럽 축구 대회에서 준우승을 차지한 팀을 연구 대상으로 선정하여, 경기 전⋅중⋅후의팀 내 소통이 전략 수립, 전술적 조정, 역할 분담 및 경기 운영의 효과성에 미치는 영향을 탐구하고, 학교 스포츠 클럽 팀들의 경기력향상을 위한 실질적인 시사점을 제시하는 것을 목표로 한다.
방법 본 연구는 양적 설문조사와 질적 인터뷰를 결합한 혼합 연구 방법을 적용하였다. 설문조사를 통해 팀 내 소통 빈도와 질, 전략적의사 결정, 역할 분담 및 경기 운영의 관계를 분석하였으며, 심층 인터뷰를 통해 팀원 및 코칭 스태프 간의 상호작용과 소통 과정의구체적인 맥락을 탐색하였다. 연구 대상은 2024년 10월 10일부터 16일까지 경기도 고등학교 스포츠 클럽 축구 대회에서 준우승한한 고등학교 축구팀의 선수 15명과 코칭 스태프 2명이며, 연구 신뢰성을 확보하기 위해 동일 팀 내 모든 구성원을 대상으로 조사를실시하였다.
결과 연구 결과, 원활한 소통이 경기 중 전략적 의사 결정과 전술적 조정의 효과성을 높이며, 예상치 못한 상황에서의 신속한 대응과경기 운영 안정성 확보에 기여함을 확인하였다. 특히, 팀원 간 소통의 질이 높을수록 역할 인식이 명확해지고, 경기 목표에 대한 팀의통합적 의식이 강화되는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 코칭 스태프와의 명확한 소통과 격려가 선수들의 경기 수행력과 팀 사기에 긍정적인영향을 미치는 중요한 요인임이 확인되었다.
결론 본 연구는 고등학교 축구팀 내 소통의 빈도와 질이 경기 운영의 효율성과 경기력 향상에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다.
연구 결과를 바탕으로, 학교 스포츠 클럽의 경기력 강화를 위해 체계적인 소통 훈련 프로그램 도입, 명확한 역할 분담 체계 구축, 코칭 스태프와의 지속적인 피드백 및 소통 강화 방안을 제안하였다.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of intra-team communication on strategic deci sion-making and the efficiency of game management in high school sports club soccer teams. Soccer is a sport that requires teamwork and collaboration, and smooth communication during matches is a crucial factor in per formance and success. This study examines a high school soccer team that finished as the runner-up in the Gyeonggi Province High School Sports Club Soccer Tournament and explores how intra-team communication be fore, during, and after matches influences strategy formulation, tactical adjustments, role allocation, and game management effectiveness. The ultimate goal is to provide practical implications for improving the performance of school sports club teams.
Methods This study adopts a mixed-method research approach, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews. The survey was conducted to analyze the relationships between intra-team communication frequency and quality, strategic decision-making, role allocation, and game management. Additionally, in-depth interviews were conducted to explore the specific context of interactions and communication processes between team members and coaching staff. The research subjects included 15 players and 2 coaching staff members from a high school soccer team that finished as the runner-up in the Gyeonggi Province High School Sports Club Soccer Tournament held from October 10 to October 16, 2024. To ensure the reliability of the study, all members of the same team participated in the survey.
Results The findings indicate that effective intra-team communication enhances the effectiveness of strategic decision-making and tactical adjustments during matches, contributing to quick responses to unexpected sit uations and overall game management stability. Notably, teams with higher communication quality among mem bers exhibited a clearer understanding of roles and a stronger sense of unity toward team goals. Additionally, clear communication and encouragement from coaching staff were identified as key factors positively influencing play ers' performance and team morale.
Conclusions This study empirically analyzed the effects of intra-team communication frequency and quality on game management efficiency and performance improvement in high school soccer teams. Based on the findings, this study suggests the implementation of structured communication training programs, the establishment of a clear role allocation system, and the enhancement of continuous feedback and communication between coaching staff and players to improve the performance of school sports club teams.
