캠퍼스 색채계획 및 사인시스템 방향 연구 = Study on Campus Color Plan and Sign System Direction

국문 초록 (Abstract)

대학 캠퍼스의 건축은 상대적으로 저렴한 토지가격의 산자락 비탈 위에 최초 건축을 시작해 증축과 증축을 거듭해가는 형태를 취하는 것이 과거의 캠퍼스 건축의 관행이었다. 인천대학교의 송도캠퍼스 조성은 이러한 캠퍼스 증축과는 달리 설계와 시공을 시작과 동시에 건축 색채계획과 사인 시스템 디자인을 준비한 프로젝트였다. 2009년 당시의 건축 공정상으로 볼 때 하나의 완전체로서 캠퍼스를 건축설계하고 색채계획과 사인 시스템을 동시에 계획한 혁신과 미래의 캠퍼스 건축시공이었다.
본 연구는 인천대학교 송도 캠퍼스 지하주차장 환경색채 계획을 목적으로 한다. 현재의 지하주차장의 사인 및 시설물을 사용자 친화적으로 유도 발전시키고 사용자 동선의 접점에서 유도 동선 서비스를 효율적으로 업그레이드하기 위한 연구를 통해 캠퍼스 건축설계의 디자인 혁신과 미래를 보여준 인천대학교의 이미지 재고를 모색해 보고자 한다. 이를 위해 첫째 캠퍼스의 장소적 특성을 고려하여 캠퍼스 지하 주차장 계획에 대한 전반적인 이론을 고찰하고 환경색채와 캠퍼스 지하주차장 색채계획의 문헌 연구를 통한 색채계획의 특성 및 구성요소, 주의점에 대해 살펴보았다. 둘째 컴퍼스 지하주차장 색채계획을 위하여 현황을 분석하여 색채 계획의 방향 설정에 대해 연구한다. 또한 색채 계획과 인지체계 구축을 위한 캠퍼스의 컨셉과 사인 시스템을 통한 동선 유도 등에 대해 분석한다. 마지막으로는 캠퍼스의 발전을 위해 사인 시스템 구축 방안에 대해 제시하고 이를 통한 캠퍼스 이미지의 발전 방향에 대해 제안한다.
이러한 연구 방안들을 통해 인천을 대표하고 대한민국의 관문을 자처하는 글로벌 캠퍼스로서 인천대학교의 이미지 재고를 강화하고 혁신과 미래를 위한 디자인 체계를 확장하는 신호탄이 되기를 기대한다.

The practice of building a university campus in the past was to start with the initial construction on a hillside with relatively cheap land prices and then proceed with expansion and expansion. Unlike other campus expansions, the construction of Incheon National University's Songdo Campus was a project in which the architectural color plan and sign system design were prepared as soon as design and construction began. Considering the construction process at the time in 2009, it was an innovation and future campus construction that designed the campus as a complete body and planned the color plan and sign system at the same time.
The purpose of this study is to plan the environmental color of the underground parking lot at the Songdo campus of Incheon National University. This study purports to reconsider the image of Incheon National University, which showed design innovation and the future of campus architectural design through research to guide and develop the current underground parking lot's signs and facilities to be user-friendly and to efficiently upgrade guided movement services at the user movement point. For this, first, considering the locational characteristics of the campus, the overall theory of the campus underground parking lot plan was reviewed, and the characteristics, components, and precautions of the color plan were examined through literature research on environmental color and campus underground parking lot color plans. Second, for the color plan of the Compass underground parking lot, the current situation is analyzed and the direction of the color plan is studied. In addition, the color plan, the campus concept for building a cognitive system, and the guidance of movement through the sign system were analyzed. Lastly, conclusion propose a plan to build a sign system for the development of the campus and suggest a direction for the development of the campus image through this.
These research plans will serve as a signal to strengthen the image of Incheon National University as a global campus that represents Incheon and the gateway to Korea and to expand the design system for innovation and the future.
