(1) In respone to the question, "Have you ever sustained an injury to any part of your body?" 31.1% of students surveyed responded that they has sustained injuries to their legs, 20.5% to their face, and 17.4% to their head, in that ordeo of percentage.
This indicates that since the greatest percentage of injuries are to the legs, all students should take more precautions against contributing factors.
(2) In response to the question, "When did you sustain an injury," 12.7% of middle-school students responded that they sustained injury when 12 years old, 11.1% when 13years old, and 10.7% when 11 years old, in that order of percentage. In case of high school students, 13.8% of students surveyed responded that they sustained injuries when 12 years old, 11.7% when 13 years old, and 17.5% when 15 years old, in that order of percentage.
This indicates that since greatest percentage of injuries are between 11 years old and 15 years old, entire students should take more care of themselves when they are between 11-15 years old.
(3) In response to the question, "what's the cause contribution to injuries?," 23.6% of students surveyed responded that they had sustained injuries by stone, 16.0% by fragments of metal, and 13.2% by getting burn, in that order of percentage.
This appears that students should take more precautions.
(4) In response to the question, "How did you sustain injuries?," 36.2% of students surveyed responded that they had injuries during, playing, 26.9% by falling down to the ground, 8.9% by runnind into the wall, tree, etc, in that order of percentage.
This indicates that parents should advice children to take precaution against children's play.
(5) In response to the question, "What place did you sustain injuries?," 31.2% of students surveyed responded that they had sustained injuries at home, 21,2% on the road, 17.5% near the house. This indicates that since students sustain injuries at home or house, students should take more precautions against injuries which happen to occur at home or near the house.
(6) In response to the question, "How long does tear of injury?," 34% of students surveyed responded that they had cracked 2-centimeter scar, 28.9% 1-centimeter, and 22.7% some 3-centimeter.
(7) In response to the question, "Which season did sustain injuries?," 55.9% of students surveyed responded that they had sustained injuries in summer, 21.7% in fall, 13.4% in spring, and 12.1% in winter, in that order of percentage.
(8) In response to the question, "Where did you cure your injury when you sustained an injury!," 54.7% of students surveyed responded that they they had cured at home, 36.2% at hospital, and 9.8% of students surveyed responded that they had never cured their slight injury.
(9) In response to the question, "How many scars do you have?." 30.6% surveyed responded that they had one scar on their body, 27.5% two, 20.1% three, 10.1% four, and 6.6% over ten on their body.
