구체물 사용 유무에 따른 유아의 더하기 문제해결 하기 문제해결 전략 분석

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 구체물의 사용 유무가 유아들의 더하기 문제해결에 도움이 되는지 아닌지를 알아보고자 하였으며, 더하기 문제해결 과정에서 유아들이 선호하는 전략들을 분석하고자 하였다. 만 5세아 41명은 각 조건에서 10개의 더하기 문제를 해결하였다. 첫 번째 조건은 더하기 문제해결에서 구체물을 사용하는 것이며 두 번째 조건은 구체물을 사용하지 않는 것이다. 본 연구는 회상적 면담법을 사용하였으며 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아들은 더하기 과제 해결에서 구체물 사용 유무에 따라 유의미한 수준에서 차이가 있었으며 구체물을 사용한 더하기 과제를 더 잘 해결하였다. 둘째, 구체물 사용유무에 따른 더하기 문제해결 전략들에서 회상, 큰수세기, 모두세기 전략에서 유의미한 수준에서 차이가 있었다. 구체물을 사용하지 않은 더하기 과제에서는 회상과 큰 수세기 전략을 유아들은 유의미한 수준에서 많이 사용하였으며 구체물을 사용한 더하기 과제에서는 모두세기 전략을 유의미한 수준에서 더 많이 사용하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigate that using of concrete materials in addition problem was helpful or not to children"s addition problem solving and was to analyze about children"s preference strategies in the process of addition problem solving. Forty one 5-year-olds solved 10 addition problems in each condition. In one condition, children had to solve using concrete materials and the other condition had to solve non-using concrete materials in addition problem solving. The study was used retrospective interview method, the results of this study were as follows. First, there was a significant difference in children"s addition accuracy scores between using and non-using concrete materials. Children were more accurate in solving addition problem when concrete material was used. Second, there was a significant difference retrieval, counting on from larger number, counting all strategies in children"s preference strategies for solving addition problems between using and non-using concrete materials. Children frequently used retrieval, counting on from larger number strategies in condition with using concrete materials and frequently used counting all strategies in condition without using concrete materials in addition problem solving.
