김기진 문학에서 낭만적 열정의 발현 양상 연구 = A Study of Aspects of the Romantic Passion in Kim Ki-Jin`s Literature

Self-identity refers to one`s responsibility to create ideal world inner side, while the literature and criticism of Kim Ki-Jin shows a process how this self-identity is created. This promotes the development of self-mentality, therefore, the literature and criticism of kim ki-jin should be considered in the self-unfolding through the dissemination and intensification. In addition, this self-unfolding process is presented as the promotion and dissemination of romantic passion. A variation process of romantic passion presented by Kim Ki-Jin approaches to a clue that investigates an ideological flow of Korean modern literature. The romantic passion originate in oneself`s inner side in the face of Romanticism literature to reserve the knowledge and power to create an ideal world. The romanic passion, which was greatly boosted in a dark and gloomy reality of the Jo-Seon Dynasty desires the liberation from one`s inner side. This liberated romantic passion turn one`s eyes to outside upon oneself to infinite love to find other as a partner. Through the course of literature journey from Goethe & Schiller, and KAPF through 「Swan」, the significance of his early literature can be figured out in a relation between the expressions of romantic passion. kim Ki-Jin tries to bring his romantic passion embedded in other`s inner side through his realistic writing. The romanic passion first arose from individual`s inner side is towards other person than oneself. The readers were able to confirm this ‘other’ clearly referred to ‘hierarchy’ through his literature and criticism. If this discussion is extensively disseminated, the hierarchy possibly disseminated to ethnicities. Furthermore, this could provide a meaningful clue to explore the psychological background of a particular literateur truly turned to the Emperor system at the end of Japanese imperialism in the face of failure.
