미용 전공 대학(원) 생들의 전공선택 동기, 전공 만족도가 진로 선택 몰입에 미치는 영향 = Effects of Major Selection Motivation and Major Satisfaction of College (Graduate) Students Majoring in Beauty on Career Selection Commitment in Beauty on Career Selection Commitment

국문 초록 (Abstract)

미용 대학(원) 생의 전공선택 동기와 전공 만족도가 진로 선택 몰입에 미치는 영향 및 중요 하위 요인을 도출하고자 한다. 이를 통해 미용 대학(원) 생의 전공선택 동기와 전공 만족도 향상에 도움이 될 수 있는 기초자료 및 정보를 제공하고자 한다. 분석 결과 미용 전공 대학생들이 지각하는 전공선택 동기는 진로 선택 몰입에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 첫째, 전공선택 동기의 요인으로는 내적동기와 외적동기로 2요인으로 분류되었으며 진로 선택 몰입의 요인으로는 진로 목표 동일시, 진로목표 선택, 진로선택 확신, 취업불안으로 4요인으로 분류되었으며 전체적으로 미용 전공 대학생들이 지각하는 전공선택 동기는 진로 선택 몰입에 유의한 정적(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다(p＜001). 둘째, 전공만족도는 사회인식만족, 수업만족도의 2요인으로 분류되었고, 진로선택몰입의 요인으로는 진로목표 동일시, 진로목표 선택, 진로선택 확신, 취업불안으로 4요인이 분류되었으며 미용전공 대학(원)생의 전공만족도가 진로선택몰입에 미치는 영향을 파악한 결과, 전체적으로 미용전공 대학(원)생이 지각하는 전공만족도가 진로선택몰입에 통계적으로 유의한 정적(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다(p＜001). 이상과 같은 결과들을 통해 미용전공 대학(원)생들의 전공선택동기와 전공만족도가 진로결정수준의 영향요인이라는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구 결과는 학생들의 특성과 관심을 파악하고, 이에 부응하는 교육 및 프로그램을 개발함으로써 학생들이 진로 선택에서 보다 안정적이고 만족스러운 결정을 내릴 수 있도록 도움을 주고자 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to derive the effect of major selection motivation and major satisfaction of beauty graduate students on career selection commitment and important sub-factors. Through this, it is intended to provide basic data and information that can be helpful in improving the motivation for major selection and major satisfaction of beauty graduate students. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that the major selection motivation perceived by college students majoring in beauty had a statistically significant effect on career selection commitment. First, it was classified into two factors: internal motivation and external motivation as factors of major selection commitment, and the factors of career selection commitment were classified into four factors: career goal identification, career goal selection, career selection confidence, and job anxiety. Overall, it was confirmed that the motivation for major selection perceived by college students majoring in beauty had a significant positive (+) effect on career selection commitment (p<001). Second, major satisfaction was classified into two factors: social awareness satisfaction and class satisfaction, and four factors were classified as career goal identification, career goal selection, career choice certainty, and job insecurity. As a result of examining the effect of major satisfaction of beauty major college students on career choice commitment, it was confirmed that overall major satisfaction perceived by beauty major college students had a statistically significant positive (+) effect on career choice commitment (p<001). From the above results, it was confirmed that major selection motivation and major satisfaction of beauty major college students are factors influencing career decision level. Therefore, the results of this study are intended to help students make more stable and satisfactory decisions in career choice by grasping the characteristics and interests of students and developing education and programs that respond to them.
