초등교사의 디지털 리터러시 역량 함양을 위한 프로그램 설계

국문 초록 (Abstract)

디지털 리터러시 함양의 중요성이 강조됨에 따라 정부는 교육양성체제 개편의 필요성을 인식하고 현장을 이해하고 변화를 준비하는 미래 교원 양성을 위해 초·중등 교원양성체제 발전방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서는 21세기 학습자 가 미래 시민으로서 갖추어야 할 필수 역량인 디지털 리터러시 함양을 위해 초등학교 교사의 디지털 리터러시 교수 전문성 및 역량 함양을 위한 프로그램을 설계하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 크게 세 가지 단계인 디지털 이 해, SW·AI 활용, 디지털 유창성과 시민성으로 구성되었다. 첫 번째, 디지털 이해는 디지털 시스템, 디지털 플랫폼, 데 이터 리터러시, 디지털 리터러시로 구성된다. 두 번째, SW·AI 활용은 컴퓨팅 사고력, 프로그래밍, 데이터 분석 및 통 계로 구성된다. 세 번째, 디지털 유창성과 시민성은 디지털 생산 및 공유, 디지털 협업, 디지털 윤리로 구분한다. 추후 본 프로그램은 전문가 집단 설문 및 실제 프로그램 적용을 통해 타당성을 확보하고 후속 연구를 지속할 예정이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

As the importance of cultivating digital literacy was emphasized, the government recognized the need to reform the education training system and proposed a plan to develop the elementary and secondary teacher training system to train future teachers who understand the field and prepare for change. The purpose of this study was to design a program to cultivate digital literacy teaching expertise and capabilities of elementary school teachers in order to cultivate digital literacy, which is an essential competency that 21st century learners must have as future citizens. To this end, it consists of three major stages: digital understanding, SW/AI utilization, digital fluency, and citizenship. First, digital understanding consists of digital systems, digital platforms, data literacy, and digital literacy. Second, SW/AI utilization consists of computational thinking, programming, data analysis, and statistics. Third, digital fluency and citizenship are divided into digital production and sharing, digital collaboration, and digital ethics. In the future, this program will secure feasibility and continue follow-up research through expert group surveys and actual program application.
