다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This is study on the history md character of Chongryun(North Koreans in Japan). Chongryun is a product of division (Korean Peninsular) and colonialism of Japan And, this study Is Important for comprehention of overseas brothers which have opposed to ideology.
During that time, north korean studies are developed, but indifference toward the studies of Chongryun. Therefore, I have doubts of Chongryun.
Chongryun brothers mostly come from South Korea(94%). But why is it that they have acquired North Korean's nationality. And Every the time that North Korera's crisis become a prominent figure, we have mentioned of Chongryun's crisis. But why is it that Chongryun have preserved life of organization. And Mindan's(South Korean in Japan) school is no more than 11, but Chongryun have school more than 150.
And this studies contains several contents that relations of Chongryun and North Korea, Chongryun's status in Japan etc.
I expect that this studies should serve on understanding in consequence of colonialism, on comprehention of Korea's unification environment. Especially, Chongryun is a important variable of North Korea - Japan's amity.
Therefore, this study analysis main issues of Chongryun by historical approach.
Weakening its relationship with Japan Communist Party while solidifying its ties with North Korea, Chongryun, organized in May 25th, 1955, has kept a close relationship with North Korea.
Chongryun can be categorized as an outer organization of Chosun Labor Party and transmission-belt, It has been a major partner of the North Korean Economy. It is clear that North Korea's national education support which started in 1957 is a major force behind Chongryun.
In sum, Chongryun has a history of bonding with North Korea and to this day, maintains a strong political, economical tie with North Korea. That is why Chongryun will not collapse easily, relations between Chongryun and North Korea should maintain for a long time.
The dominant view of Chongryun ans the filtration base of South Korea should be reconsidered. A more various understanding of Chongryun is necessary for national reconcilation and unification. The government should look for a way to reconcile with the Chongryun people.
