This study is to offer the matching standardized goods to the students with producing. desk and chair to be suitable for physical of each student. For the purpose of this study, it Was examined its suit-ability and suggested a production method with each part of standard, deciding on the standard of each position of the dest and chair, comparing it with that of KSG2010 now.
This study dealed with the following contents to attain its purpose ;
1) Throughout design, production, purchase, the use of a school desk-chair inorder to improve the interest and understanding in all of the people connected. with these, this study was introduced a precedented studying from the relation or application in human factorrs engineering and the desk-chair, up to the measurement of the human body.
2) This study investigated the posture of the forty students in order to design the atandards of school desk-chair for students and measured the human body of the 1200 students to decide the standard of each position of the desk-chair.
3) The position to be considered in measuring the human body and the design of the desk-chair follow as this ;
(1) popliteal Height (Sitting Height)
(2) Hip Breadth (Sitting Breadth)
(3) Buttock-popliteal Length (Sitting Length)
(4) Elbow Rest Height (Upper Side Height)
(5) Knee Height(The Height to the bottom of a drawer)
4) In addition to these positions of the hu man body, such a design has little influence on the human bodies and it is not concerned with the use of the smallest or the largest size. In this case, this study made it possible to nuke the best use of convenience and space of the production through making a decision in the standard with only precedented study or investigated posture.
5) According to the investigation on the measurement of the human body, this study examinedits stability through analysis compared the designed standard of the desk-chair with that of Korean IndustrialStandards, KSG 2010.
6) In order to offer convenience of prodution and the using, this study suggested the rate of the use in each part of standards and the production method of handling of the desk-chair.
