道顕の日本世記における人名記載について = On the Name Entries in Nihonseiki by Doken

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

高句麗の釈道顯の日本世記は日本書紀の斉明紀6年から天智紀8年にかけて6ヶ所の引用が見られる。日本世記が引用されている斉明紀と天智紀には韓半島関連の対外関係記事が大きな比重で書かれており、日本世記が重要な資料として利用されたことが推察できる。
日本書紀編者は、日本世記の記録を年次順にあげようとしており、同一事件の細かな食い違いなどを注記しながら、日本世記を引用しているところなど日本世記の記事内容を尊重していたことも窺える。
日本世記には高句麗、百済、新羅、唐、日本の人名が記されている。人名記載においては、高句麗、唐國の人名は、官職名、國名を付した記載様式を取っているが、百済、新羅の人名においては國名、官職名、姓氏などが省かれた形になっている。具体的には、新羅王の金秋春、百済王(王子)糺解、百済大臣福信に対して、公式的人名記載形式を取らず、人名のみ記していることが特徴として挙げられる。他に、百済の王(王子)の人名の前に「君」、新羅の王名の後に「智」を用いるなど、国別による尊称の使用法をよく知っていることも確認できる。このような日本世記の人名記載は高句麗の亡命僧侶の記録文形式で書かれた資料の特色がそのまま現れたためであろう。

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Six passages of Nihonseiki, written by Doken from Koguryo, were cited in Nihonshoki featuring the era from Kogyoku (斉明) year 6 to Tenchi (天智) year 8. During the periods of Kogyoku and Tenchi, a number of documents relating to the external affairs of the Korean peninsula were produced, which suggests that Nihonseki was utilized as an important material.
Based on the content of Nihonseiki and its name entries, we can presumethat Nihonshoki was heavily affected by Nihonseiki, and that the editors of Nihonshoki attempted to list the historical records described in Nihonseikiin a chronological manner. Furthermore, it is evident that the editors strongly relied on the content of Nihonseiki, given that Nihonseiki was cited in connection with the consideration of subtle controversies concerning one and the same incident.
Nihonseikiprovides the name records of those from Koguryo, Baekje, Silla, the Tang dynasty, and Japan. In the name entries, the names of those from Koguryo and the Tang dynasty are notated with the information about a job title and a home country, while such information is absent from the notation of the names of those from Baekje and Silla. More concretely, it is notable that the Silla king 金秋春, the Baekje king (prince) 糺解, and the Baekje minister 福信are mentioned without such information.
It is also observed that the usage of country-specific honorific titles is accurate, such as “君” placed in front of the name of the Baekje king and “智” placed after the name of the Silla king. We argue that the way people’s names were notated in Nihonseiki reflects the documentary-style characteristic of materials written by Doken.
