韓國 民俗音樂의 治療的 效果에 관한 文獻考察

국문 초록 (Abstract)

우리나라에서 음악치료가 효과적인 작용을 하기 위해서는 한국인의 정신과 감수성 및 특징을 아는 것이 중요한 일일 것이다.
우리나라는 한의 정서를 가진 민족이라고 말한다. 이것은 동적인 정서보다 정적인 정서에 익숙한 우리 민족이 한이라고 표현되는 스트레스 상태를 가지고 있음을 말해 주는 것이다.
때문에 우리 조상들은 민속음악을 통해 병을 고치거나 스트레스를 해소하는 방법을 터득하고 있었던 것으로 보인다. 그것은 물론 체계적이고 과학적인 형태를 취하지는 않았지만 역사 속에는 그러한 예들이 흔히 나타난다.
전쟁터에서 병사들의 사기를 북돋우기 위해 음악을 사용하였고, 고되고 힘든 노동의 현장에서는 음악을 함께 두어 일의 능률을 올리고 흥겨움도 더하였다.
예전의 제천 행사에도 음악은 빠지지 않았으며, 산수를 벗 삼아 시와 가락을 읊조리는 사람들의 마음에는 여유가 넘쳤다고 전한다.
생활 곳곳에 남아 있는 전래민요나 노동요 등은 좋은 예이다.
이렇듯 한국 민속음악(韓國 民俗音樂)이 한국인에게 가장 적절한 치료음악임을 전제로 그 근거들을 제시하여 본 연구는 한국 민속음악의 개념, 한국 민속음악의 특징 및 종류, 한국 민속음악에 사용되는 악기의 치료적 특성 및 종류, 한국 민속음악의 역사에서 살펴본 음악 치료적 기능, 한국 민속음악을 적용한 연구사례의 고찰을 통해 한국 민속음악이 치료적 효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다.
앞으로 한국 민속음악과 악기를 이용한 음악치료의 프로그램개발과 연구를 통해 다양한 특징을 가진 내담자에게 적용하면 치료효과가 증대될 것으로 기대 된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

It is very important that knowing about Korean's sprit, emotion, and peculiarity for an effectual music therapy in Korea.
It means, we have sentiment of deep sorrow and Koreans are not only familar with statical atmosphere more than dynamic one, but also have stress such as sorrow and grief, ect.
Therefore, our ancestor already knew about music therapy for their disease and remedy a stress, I think.
Technically, it is neither an unstructured nor scientific, however, we can find a lot of traces of our history.
For example, the music was used to encourage soldiers at battle fields, and it could enhance work efficiency and add amusement at tired hard-working sites.
The music was essential part in old religious ceremonies, and it is said that people were generous while they were crooned poem and tune in the nature.
Traditional folk songs and labor songs left in our life are good examples as well.
Premised on this assumption that Korean traditional folk music is the most appropriate healing music for the Koreans, this study presented the ground and could realize that Korean traditional folk music has healing effect by studying the concept of Korean traditional folk music, characteristics and types of Korean traditional folk music, healing characteristics and types of musical instruments used in Korean traditional folk music, musical healing function considered in history of Korean traditional folk music, and previous researches on Korean traditional folk music.
It is expected that we can develop and study music therapy programs by using Korean traditional folk music and instrument to increase healing effect on patients of various characteristics.
