This study evaluates the affect the availability of long-term care insurance scheme of a correct perception of the long-term care insurance system in rural elderly targeting Cheonan seonghwaneup elderly and long-term care insurance as the fight the problem of long-term care according to the results It was conducted to propose the development and improvement of the system. Second, the elderly and the elderly on how the use of information and services for long-term care insurance have the right attitude and perception of institutions through training for long-term care insurance.
