항공서비스학 전공 대학생의 교수적합성과 동료적합성이 진로결정자기효능감에 미치는 영향 -교수신뢰의 조절효과- = The Effects of Faculty and Peer Suitability of College Students Majoring in Airline Service on Career Decision Self-efficacy - The Moderating Effect of Faculty-Trust -

국문 초록 (Abstract)

취업준비생들의 진로에 대한 낮은 확신과 전공과 진로의 불일치성으로 인한 이직율 및 퇴사율이 증가하고 있다. 특히 코로나19 이후 최대 규모의 채용이 이루어지고 있는 항공시장에 항공서비스학 전공 대학생들의 진로결정에 대한 불안은 더욱 커져갈 것으로 예상된다. 학교라는 환경에서 상사의 역할에 해당되는 교수 및 동료와의 관계성 및 적합성은 항공서비스학 전공 대학생들의 진로결정과 그와 관련된 준비행동에 중요한 영향을 미치는 요인이 된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 첫째, 항공서비스학 전공 대학생들을 대상으로 그들이 지각하는 교수적합성 및 동료적합성이 진로결정자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 둘째, 이때 교수적합성과 진로결정자기효능감과의 관계에서 교수신뢰의 조절효과를 검증한다.
전국의 전문대학 및 4년제 대학의 항공서비스 전공 대학생을 대상으로 한 설문 조사 결과, 첫째, 항공서비스학 전공 대학생들이 지각한 교수적합성은 진로결정자기효능감에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 항공서비스학 전공 대학생들이 지각한 동료적합성은 진로결정자기효능감에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 항공서비스학 전공 대학생들이 지각한 교수적합성이 진로결정자기효능감에 미치는 영향에서 교수신뢰는 유의한 정(+)의 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 항공서비스학 전공 대학생들에게 필요한 진로교육 및 상담의 전략과 함께 학습하는 동료들과의 관계성 증진, 더 나아가 전공 학습을 진행하는 교수자에 대한 신뢰도를 높일 수 있는 방안을 제시하고 결과적으로 중도 이탈과 진로결정 회피 등의 문제를 해결할 방안을 제시하였다는 것에 그 의의가 있다. 대학에서는 항공서비스학 전공 대학생들이 중도 이탈 없이 취업을 위한 태도와 행동을 갖출 수 있도록 교수자 및 동료와의 상호 관계성을 높이기 위한 다양한 제도를 마련하고, 교수자에 대한 신뢰를 높일 수 있는 장치를 마련해야한다는 시사점을 제공하고 있다.

Due to the low confidence in the career path of job seekers and the inconsistency between their majors and careers, there is growing anxiety about the career decisions of college students majoring in aviation service, especially in the aviation market, where the largest recruitment is taking place after COVID-19. The relationship and suitability with professors and colleagues, which are equivalent to the role of the boss in the school environment, are important factors that influence the career decisions and related preparation behaviors of college students majoring in aviation service. Therefore, first, in this study, the effect of perceived teaching suitability and peer suitability on career decision-making self-efficacy is identified for college students majoring in aviation service, and second, at this time, the moderating effect of teaching trust in the relationship between teaching suitability and career decision-making self-efficacy is verified.
As a result of a survey of college students majoring in aviation service at junior colleges and four-year universities nationwide, first, it was found that the teaching suitability perceived by college students majoring in aviation service had a significant positive (+) effect on career decision-making self-efficacy. Second, it was found that peer suitability perceived by college students majoring in aviation service had a significant positive (+) effect on career decision-making self-efficacy. Third, in the effect of the teaching suitability perceived by college students majoring in aviation service on career decision-making self-efficacy, it was found that teaching trust had a significant positive (+) moderating effect. This study is meaningful in that it suggested a plan to improve the relationship with colleagues who learn along with the necessary career education and counseling strategies for college students majoring in aviation service, and furthermore, to increase the reliability of instructors who conduct major learning, and as a result, suggested a plan to solve problems such as dropout and avoidance of career decision. The university provides implications that various systems should be prepared to increase mutual relationships with instructors and colleagues so that college students majoring in aviation service can have attitudes and behaviors for employment without dropping out, and that a mechanism to increase trust in instructors should be prepared.
