태권도장의 활성화 방안 = Discussion on the Organized Devices for Developmental Directions of Taekwon-Dojang

This research is to discuss about the developmental directions of Taekwon-Dojang by the systemic complement of Taekwondo concerned organization and administrative improvement. Also, the research is focusing on the amplification of educational value of Taekwondo and leading the adult's attendance to the train of Taekwondo. With the references and qualified examples, the discussion is concluded as following.

1. The current Taekwondo faces the dilemma which shows problems about the education system and the way of approach to public. Without The solution of the problems, it is true that the improvement of Taekwondo is not guaranteed any longer. It is necessary to unite the education systems by the upper organizations. The current education system grew from the normal Taekwon Dojang without legitimacy, and the diversity of Taekwondo education system tends to cause the confusion to the succession of Taekwondo legitimacy. The unification of education system of Taekwondo needs to be achieved by the upper organization with close attention.

2. The developmental direction of Taekwondo is to improve the efficient approach to public. In order to expand the class of training people, that is focused on the immature population, to other class, the friendly and positive C.I must be developed and active publicity needs to be performed with mass media.

3. The current character of Taekwondo feast which is limited to demonstrate the high technique of Taekwondo. To increase the attendance of public, the character of the Taekwondo feast needs to be improved to be easy to enjoy and take advantage of the feast by general Taekwon Dojang.

4. To adult males who experienced military duty, since military Taekwondo normally gives pressure to them, it is one of obstacle to develop Taekwondo to induce the attendance of male adults. So, it is necessary to have discussion of upper organization of Taekwondo and army in order to improve current problem. To induce the attendance of adults. the life pattern of them and their demand subjects needs to be researched and matched to Taekwondo. The connection of well-being Taekwondo could be proper example.

5. To make the atmosphere which lead active and creative attitude from the Taekwondo populaion is fundamental condition for developmental direction of Taekwon Dojang. With the concrete proposal of upper organization, the ground of train is needed to be prepared for active participation of Taekwondo population. Also, education system for the Taekwondo instructor should be established systematically. The established education system would develop humanism of instrucor and inspire the responsibility for their students, and finally such atmosphere made form the system could develop the Taekwondo culture.
