看護職業倫理에 關한 一 考察 = A Study of the Morality of the Nurse Profession

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Human being cannot exist if he departs from his social environment. If we regard that they have different personalities which were formed differently, I think that nurses must bring up the susceptibility of human emotion and psychological reflection in their heart.
This is the nurses, important charact and this charact is the significant essential element for the perfect nursing action.
But the aspect which the subdivided social structure, the complicated style of living and the extremely advanced scientific culture fill the modern mankind's brains with is on the contrary losing the wisdom. And if we think that each of us loses one's philosophy and the mind of seeking truth, and we are hindered the formation of character by cause and many in complete men are produced, this respect is responsible for it that the view of traditional morality which is not for from idealism and the moral disorder which is made by the view of the extremely relativism.
While if they don't understand the fact that the subject of all the material civilization is human being and if the human education which can purify and make good use of the material civilization dosen't make the base, they can't concentrate the consciousness of the royal surmount with the self-regulation action.
Therefore we will try to surmount the moral crisis in order to realize the human values highly.
At first all the nurses must become practicians to know the dignity of human and life, and the affection of human and then they can realize the nursing in the whole personality.
It is natural that what, where, how they offer for the man as the object in the whole personality and the society group have influence upon the nurse conception.
And the nurse in the whole personality puts emphasis on the individual nurse action of the member of community.
Even though they are diagnosed identically, they have different society surrounding, and the problems which rise when they can't satisfy their wants are different from each other, and the solution ways are different, too. In the past time we nursed patients with the interest of their special diseases. But in these days we have interest about the patients' individual wants.
As the result we got to the more logical and efficient nurse theory.
We, nurses have to acquire the high degree knowledge, and the firm faith in nurse action. We must to be important the original nature of human life and feeling by the intelligent actions. And we also have to recognize the right and value of all the human beings.
In the future nurse education have to be the human education which put emphasis on these ethical views.
