만주 ‘河東安全農村’의 설치와 운영 = The activity and personality of ha-dong safety rural in China

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Nowdays, ‘The ha-dong safety rural is designated as an improved district in charge of cultivating superior species in China. And this shows and implies a symbolic and a result of ‘the ha-dong safety rural’. The Korean, who was forced toexpropriate in Man-Chul Camp, Harbin, experienced a new type of economic life in ‘The ha-dong rural’ arranged by Japan imperialism. Some distinctive features such as a process of establishment in ‘the ha-dong safety rural’, a distinctiveness of district ‘Ha-dong’ and a feature in the field of agricultural policy, were derived from this report. they are as follows.
First, the identity between ‘safety’ and ‘force’ of the korean resided at that time was revealed. After the foundation of the nation Manchuria, one of the ways to control and keep the stable colonialization rule was to keep the maintenance of public order and accomplish the emigration of agricultural industry. Accomplished the emigration of armament and the mass emigration of Japan government, there appeared a new type of village in Manchuria. However, the fact that the mass community was formed by the emigration by force was enough to lead the natives could implant the wrong projected impression. and this gave rise to the mass resistance to the original Han(Chinese) race, there happened even throwing the excretion to a parish pump. So, the safety rural system was not safe to the emigrated Korean but also, became a different kind of selective favoritism to the Han race.
Second, we can give and example of the present significance in the agriculture production. At the time of setting up, unfortunately, the agriculture production system conducted at that time didn’t obtain excellent results comparing with that of investment due to the lack of fundamental facilities and the means of production. What is worse, most of the production were forced to be gatheredinthe name of delivery since 1937. Particularly, the intensity of the delivery got worse, later even a millstone worked by horse (used for pounding the rice) was blocked up. T facite oflasted till the liberation in Korea, and after that,theoutput of grain went up 1.5 times than before the liberation through the new method of cultivating.
Third, there represented the disruption of Korean just right after the liberation. Particularly, Since the foundation times in ‘the Ha-dong district’, the Japanese government organized a fraternity to regulate the residents and further more, controlled the Korean residents by appointing Korean as a person in charge.
Actually, it was only 10 years but, the manager class of agricultural affairs were killed or re-emigrated to the other district after the liberation. and this led and expressed the conflict of the Korean internal society. That is, Because of the discrimination, the Cho sun race was in troubled even after the liberation.
Finally, ‘The Ha-dong rural’ came into the spotlight as a bridge connecting Korean and China. Nowadays, ‘The Ha-dong rural’ becomes an area where cultivating superior species in China , where one of the east-north villages in China keeping the Korea traditional things and a place where both nations are able to approach with the common historical contents melted inside of their heart.
