컴퓨터 비전을 활용한 디스플레이 외관 결함 검출 시스템

국문 초록 (Abstract)

설비의 오류, 작업자의 부주의, 제조 환경 관리 미흡 등은 스크래치, 얼룩 또는 패널 내 이물과 같은 디스플레이의 외관 결함을 유발할 수 있다. 그러므로 품질 보장과 고객 만족을 위해 결함 검출 시스템이 필요하다. 초기의 디스플레이 외관 결함 검출 방법들은 육안 검사나 비싼 검출 센서를 사용하여 인적, 비용적 문제가 있었다. 이 논문에서는 간단한 H/W 장비를 활용하여 디스플레이 외관 결함을 검출하고 결함을 구분하는 시스템을 제안하여 결함 검출의 효율을 향상시킨다.

Errors, physical damage, etc. during the display manufacturing process can cause defects. Therefore, a defect detection system is required for quality assurance and customer satisfaction. Early display appearance defect detection methods had human and cost problems using visual inspection or expensive detection sensors. In this paper, we improve the efficiency of defect detection by proposing a system that detects display appearance defects and distinguishes defects using simple H/W equipment.
