The Party Democracy of Germany is the political order by the parties established as provided by the law. The Party Democracy of Germany is the concrete political order established by the due process of intraparty democracy immanent in both major political parties, and the context of the platform party 'suitable for the age,' the member party, and the electorate party. Ultimately, the Party Democracy of Germany connects the will of the society and the nation to the party through the concrete democratic due process inside the party, in other words, it is the concrete due process and context of political actions for the people by the two major parties which adjusts, eases, or integrates the elements of conflicts and disruptions between social brackets immanent in the society 'politically' to integrate and express the various interests and demands of all social brackets 'politically' and deliver them to the nation with 'social-democratic' or 'christian-democratic' will to apply the political decision of the party specifically to the political decision making process of the nation through it.
The Party Democracy of Germany, created and developed in the course of harmonizing, balancing and advancing the law and the politics in reality, is the concrete due process of the system symbolizing the functionality of the political system and party system of Germany as well as the concrete context of the system as long as the political system of pure parliamentary democracy, the political culture of federal democracy, and the tradition of in-party democracy, platform party, member party, and electorate party are maintained and so far as the interdependent and correlative relationships among them are maintained.
