국제문화행사 유치를 위한 콘텐츠 구성 전략 연구 = A Study on the Content Composition Strategies for Attracting International Cultural Events

국문 초록 (Abstract)

일반적인 행사의 목적은 의도나 성격에 따라 특정한 목표를 설정하여 모인사람들에게 새로운 정보를 제공하거나 의미를 전달하여 반응을 유도한다. 관련하여 국제문화행사는 국가를 대표하여 하나의 주제를 가지고 만들어지는 행사로각국의 문화적 특징을 살린 예술 활동이나 문화유산을 통해 국가의 이미지를 높이는 계기를 만드는 목적으로 개최된다. 이는 공연이나 전시회, 축제 등으로 표현되며, 이를 통해 문화적 독창성이 대중에게 전달되고 이를 통해 국가적 위상을높여간다. 이처럼 국제 규모의 축제는 일회성 공연을 넘어 그 이상의 가치를 갖게 되는 것이다.
우리나라도 이런 세계적 축제를 만들기 위해 매년 행해지는 지역의 축제나각종 행사의 문제점을 분석하여 개선 방향을 찾아 나가려는 노력이 요구된다. 특히, 지역축제는 지역만이 가진 역사와 전통을 바탕으로 지역민의 생활환경을 엿볼 수 있으며, 문화적 차별성과 독창성을 느낄 수 있다. 행사 역시 다양한 콘텐츠를 기반으로 상호 교감을 통한 공감적 요소를 찾아가는 방향으로 발전하고 있다.
이러한 축제와 행사의 취지와 방향성을 기반으로 국제적 문화행사 유치에 대한계획을 수립하고 창의적 콘텐츠를 개발하여 실효성 있는 접근 방법을 찾아야 할것이다. 또한, 외국의 유명한 축제의 특징을 분석하여, 우리나라 축제와의 비교를 통해 상호 소통이 가능한 특색있는 테마를 형성하는 것은 글로벌 문화산업의지향점이 될 것이다.
이를 위해 전통문화의 희소성과 정통성을 현대사회의 사상과 흐름에 맞게 새롭게 해석하는 것은 세계화를 위한 첫걸음이 될 것이다. 이는 우리만의 독특한복합 미디어 콘텐츠의 개발에 초점을 맞출 필요성이 있다. 또한, 문화적 소외계층을 줄이는 방법으로 누구나 쉽게 접근하고, 행복한 삶을 누릴 수 있는 연계 프로그램과 다양한 홍보, 마케팅 전략이 요구된다.
이제 우리는 전 세계에 한류라는 새로운 문화 취향을 형성하였고, 이를 토대로 문화 강국의 이미지를 견고히 할 필요성이 있다. 온라인과 오프라인이 적절한융합을 통해 서로의 부족한 부분을 다양한 방식의 연결고리로 보완할 때 성장력을 극대화하고 성숙한 문화예술의 발전을 기대할 수 있을 것이다.

In order to make such a global festival in Korea, it is necessary to analyze the problems of local festivals and various events held every year and try to find improvement directions. In particular, local festivals can be seen in the living environment of local residents based on the history and tradition of the region alone, and they can feel cultural differentiation and originality.,The event is also developing in the direction of finding empathic elements through mutual sympathy based on various contents.,Based on the purpose and direction of these festivals and events, plans for attracting international cultural events should be established and creative contents should be developed to find effective approaches.,In addition, by analyzing the characteristics of famous foreign festivals and comparing them with Korean festivals, it will be a goal of the global cultural industry to form distinctive themes that can communicate with each other.
