醫藥分業 施行 이후 開局 藥師의 意識 構造에 관한 硏究 = Studies on the attitude and job satisfaction of community pharmacists after the separation of dispensary from medical practice

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Following to the change of medical environment after the separation between dispensing and prescription(SDP) in July 2000, the health medical treatment system is re-organized and its contents is also under quick changing process.
The separation between dispensing and prescription is not a mere meaning the separation between the job of Doctors and Pharmacists, but through the mutual complement and cooperation of two medical treatment functions such as Doctors' and Pharmacists' part, its fundamental purpose is the guarantee of the enhance of the Quality of medical service to citizen.
It follows hereupon also the role of the specialty function which composes 2 center axes of the Doctors and Pharmacists, which are the major part of the separation between dispensing and prescription is changing.
Especially, upon the request and magnification of the more specified knowledge and experiences for the Pharmacists, Re-triangular position of Pharmacists is under discussion seriously including the change of the 6- year colleges of pharmacy from 4-year.
It is a real valuable research for what the practicing Pharmacists, who accepted the change of the new medical system of the separation between dispensing and prescription, approach the new system and how do they satisfy their job at present by the analysis of awareness structure after 5years pass through the time.
In accordance of this purpose, firstly this study is executed the change of the style of pharmacy management which is the most important factor of the influence of the awareness of structure for the practicing Pharmacists.
Secondly, according to the questionnaire analysis, this study is surveyed the internal aspect of the economic and other satisfaction degree of the practicing Pharmacists through the understanding of the awareness level.
The main facts for the confirmation of this study are :
First, check the co-relationship of the satisfaction degree between the relevant pharmacy management and economic aspect of the internal awareness of the practicing Pharmacists,
Second, check the awareness for the function of Pharmacist to the practicing Pharmacists,
Third, check the major awareness index which is influencing the satisfaction of the practicing Pharmacists for identifying the co-relation between awareness level and satisfaction degree.
The continuous investigation against the awareness of the practicing Pharmacists will be the important factor for the set-up the righteous direction of the Pharmacists' job in the future.
Also, this study canfind to make the standardization of awareness which is more or less an abstract concept and this standardization questionnaire is very important to be a mean of standardization.
Consequently, this study conclude that the necessary of execution of new subject such as the complex survey of awareness of Pharmacists and set-up the evaluation index for the Pharmacists' job are very important in the future.
