都市새마을運動展開에 있어서 大學의 寄與方案 : 그 實踐事例를 中心으로 Laying Stressn its Practical Clases = THE CONTRIBUTION PLAN OF UNIVERSITY IN SAEMAUL UNDONG

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The study is intended primarily for seeking the contribution plan of University for the development of Urban Saemaul Undong. The purposes of the study are:
⑴ to exhibit the actual factors of obstruction and the questions at issue, centering around the practical cases and the analysis of the actual conditions to be found,
⑵ to present the samples of the actual cases by examining its ample hope for success, and
⑶ to propose the efficiency plan for the Undong.
* The study covers the following contents:
⑴ the actual factors of obstruction and the questions at issue were found, as a result of the Saemaul Service which was made at Mangwon-dong (including 22bans of 11 tong), Mapo-gu, Seoul and
⑵ The ample hope for success which was examined in the university Saemaul Undong,
⑶ The plan for the efficiency practice,
⑷ The concrete examinatiotn of the actual cases for practice in the Urban Saemaul Service, and
⑸ Reference to the characteristics of the urban society and the fruit, subject, and direction of Saemaul Undong.
* Being based on the examination and the practice cases indicated above, the study offers the followings:
⑴ to promote the scientific research and the development of materials for the efficiency and practical plan in the Urban Saemaul Undong under assuming leadership of the research institute attached to universities or colleges and the driving council of the University Saemaul Undong,
⑵ to grasp the questions at issue and the improvement of the Undong according the evalution of practice in the Urban Saemaul Undong,
⑶ to reconfirm the attitude of an university student for the Undong and its practice and the role of university,
⑷ to establish the plan for making the sense of a community and the system for practice, building up the feeling professors, students, and officials are one flesh,
⑸ to promote the Saemaul Undong Service inside and outside school, organizing a group of the school Saemaul Undong. Service with the purpose of practicing the Urban Saemaul Undong Service,
⑹ to concentrate the Saemaul Undong Service on one area selected,
⑺ That one must adapt oneself to a community, looking into a community according to his major,
⑻ to be contributive to the spread of the base in Saemaul Undong, taking part in the Bansanhweui and the respect for the aged,
⑼ to make the best use of human and material resources of university, assisting neighboring area in its Saemaul Undong, and
⑽ to make the best use of professors' knowlege under their guidance.
