칸트의 道德法則과 그 實踐의 問題點 : 倫理와 그 實行을 中心으로 = Moral Laws of Kant and Problems in their Practicing

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This thesis has its purports as follows; what kinds of trouble the norms of the moral laws as set ftorth by kant in "Metaphysik der Sitten", "Grundlegung zu‥r Metaphysik der Sitten", "Kritik der Praktischen Vernumft" and others nave got in practicing them are to be conisdered and if it should prove that the norms are beyond our practicing capacity, how we should treat them.
In Kant's ethics, the moral laws are too much inclined towards the form and as he anticipated the morality only out of his evaluation of the moral forms, he repudiated the purports of every object, affections and cravings (Neigung). And inasmuch as one must follow the moral laws only out of one's abligations to them he classified all the purports and the cravings into an antithesis of the moral forms to repudiate them, in this Kant's ethics lost the practicing force.
Of course we should highly evaluate Kant's formalism and his solemnity theory but viewed from the practical points there are contained many hardships which cannot be evercome by human capacities. This may be deemed as one weak point in his philosophic system.
In this thesis these many hard points are set forth with the ways of comprehending them in columns shown as follows; (1) Works of intellingence and superiority of will, (2) problems in practicing Kant's ethics, (3) establishment of moral laws (4) Value of the moral laws and their application, (5) respect for the moral laws and repudiation of their content, and (6) duties toward the moral laws.
And Kant's formalism is to be followed only by a respects for the moral laws which respect, however, being a passive one cannot have any kind of a self-willing passion. And this passion, though infringes upon the systematic unity of Kant's ethics, is also indispensable for his philosophy. The passion or inclination in Kant's system means just this self-inclination, this is the most correct interpretation of Kant's theory, by which interpretation the way for grasping the essence of his ethics is opened. But his system ends up with an incapability to materialize this essence of ethics. In other words though it may be spoken of his ethics that he brought to light the source of ethics, he could not give the strenhgth to materialize it, In consequence before coming out of his system to break thru necessities of this world of reality, natural consequences of this real world must be done away with. Furthermore I deem it also significant to think that necessities are created by freedom. But all the same with the Kantian freedom which though reaches to the essential cannot rule necessities, I think the freedom also is come short of the mark for practicing.
