대인관계능력 함양을 위한 청소년 독서프로그램 개발 및 적용 효과 분석 = A Study on the Development and the Evaluation of Adolescent Reading Program for Promoting Interpersonal Relationship Competence

The purpose of this study is to develop and implement a reading program for the development of interpersonal relationship competence of adolescents through a survey of needs of previous studies, students, and experts based on theoretical grounds. Based on the results of this study, the following conclusions can be drawn: First, reading activities can be used as an important medium to cultivate adolescents' interpersonal relationship competence. Through reading, young people can deeply interpret the meaning contained in the book and the way the characters communicate, share it with community members, respect different thoughts and perspectives, and communicate cooperatively with community members. Second, it is expected to provide basic data on the direction of reading education for interpersonal learning in the curriculum and comparative activities of school education. Adolescents are aware of the importance and necessity of reading, but they are not able to use it properly in various aspects, so it is necessary to change reading education in school education. Therefore, it is necessary to apply a reading program considering the characteristics of each stage of school so that healthy interpersonal relationship competence can be formed from elementary school.
