중학교, 고등학교, 대학교 태권도 시범단의 시범 프로그램에 대한 인식 = Awareness on the Demonstrative Program of Taekwondo Demonstration Team from Middle School, and University

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 태권도 시범단원의 인식을 조사 연구하여 태권도 시범 프로그램의 수준향상에 기여하고자 경기도에 소재한 중학교, 고등학교, 대학교 태권도 시범단원 각각 100명씩 총 300명을 대상으로 태권도 시범 시 갖춰야할 요소, 태권도 시범에 대한 인식, 태권도 프로그램에 대한 인식에 대해 설문지법으로 조사 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.
시범단원이 갖춰야할 요소에서 하루 평균 수련시간, 우선시 되는 체력요소, 갖춰야할 중요 기술력, 시범을 잘 하기 위한 방법 등에 대해서 살펴보았는데, 평균 수련시간은 3-4시간이 적절하다고 하였고, 체력요소는 지구력, 순발력이라고 응답하였다. 또한 시범을 잘 하기 위한 방법은 꾸준히 노력하는 것이라고 모두 응답하였다.
시범에 대한 인식에서 시범 시 가장 어려운 기술, 주된 기술, 호응이 좋은 기술로는 공중 뒤돌아차기, 고난이도 기술격파라고 하였고, 호응이 별로인 것은 기본 발차기와 기본 격파라고 응답했는데 이유는 단순하다는 것이었다.
태권도 프로그램에 대한 인식에서 시범 프로그램을 구성한 경험 유무에서는 163명이 구성 경험이 있다고 했으며, 이들 중 대부분이 내용을 구성하는 것이 가장 어려웠다고 이야기 하였다. 태권도 기술의 발전 유무에서는 전체적으로 발전하고는 있지만 좀 더 분발의 필요성을 이야기했고, 특히 새로운 기술 분야나 프로그램 개발의 발전이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study conducted a questionnaire survey research for its objectives to make contribution for level up of Taekwondo Demonstrative Program by studying on the recognition of the member affiliate to the Taekwondo Demonstration Team. The questionnaire survey was performed th the sample group of 300 members in total consisted of each 100 samples from the Taekwondo Demonstration Team of middle school, high school and university. The items of questionnaire survey were the elements to prepare for Taekwondo Demonstration, recognition on Taekwondo Demonstration, and recognition on Taekwondo Program, and from the results of survey research, following conclusion has been derived.
For the elements to be prepared by the demonstrating member, the average daily training hours, physical strength factors that are being prioritized, important techniques to be equipped with, the method to present good demonstration were studied. From the result, for average training hours, 3-4 hours were answered as suitable, for physical strength factors, the answers were stamina, and quickness. Also for the mithod to present good demonstration, the responded answer by all was to work steadily.
As the most difficult technique, key technique, and well responded techniques, the answers were the back tumbling kick(Gongjung MomDola Chagi) and high difficulty level technical breaking, and those with poor response were answered as th basic kicks and the basic breaking with reason that they are too simple. High Difficulty Technical Breaking were 163 subjects answered that they have experiences in composition of demonstration program from the question about any experience for the program composition in the recognition on the Taekwondo Program. Majority of these responders also told that the composition of contents was the most difficult part. For the development of Taekwondo techniques, it suggested that in overall that are being advanced, yet there is a need for more strenuous efforts, and in particular, it was indicated that advancement is required in the new technique field or in program development
