칸트와 헤겔에 있어서 감성과 이성 = Sensibility and Reason in Kant and Hegel

Kant``s dualism, that synthesizes empiricism and rationalism, tries to keep the balance between sensibility and understanding. Kant``s critique of cognition, which is based on this dualism, reveals the contradictions in his explaining of the relation between the sensible intuition and the notion of the understanding. On the one hand, Kant considers sensation and understanding, intuition and notion as two quite different sources of cognition. On the other hand, he says in the deduction of the category that the intuition ist unified by the notion and thereby the notion gives the object it``s reality. Despite of this argument of the intuition being unified in the notion, Kant shows an external synthesis of intuition and notion from the dualistic viewpoint. This paper demonstrates how Hegel gets out of Kant``s contradiction by rethinking of the relation between intuition and notion. According to his judgement that Kant``s critique of cognition is invalid, Hegel suggest a new metaphysics through the notion which integrate the intuition. This paper argues that his metaphysics is other than the former metaphysics and that it is not accused by Kant``s critique of cognition, but can explain objects which can not be explained by Kant``s critique of cognition. Hereby it turns out that Hegel carries out a critique of the notion for the sake of the critique of the reason according to his judgement, that Kant``s critique of the cognition is no more valid.
