In the face of rapidly changing industrial technology and the era of the 4th industrial revolution, the state is demanding to nurture professional manpower suitable for the industrial society through standardized education according to duties. If the knowledge, skills, attitudes, and content learned in the curriculum differ from those required in the industrial field, the basic education is repeated after employment, and manpower is wasted because it is not possible to place the human resources in the right place. Education and training and industry are interconnected, so that re-education is not necessary after graduation, so it is necessary to strive to develop a national job competency standard that can increase the field application ability of human resources and induce systematic competency management. Accordingly, since 2016, the government has been operating NCS-based education and training courses and programs for vocational education and training programs centered on educational institutions such as specialized high schools, Meister high schools, junior colleges, polytechnic colleges, and vocational competency development and training facilities.
In this study, we tried to examine the factors affecting the learning satisfaction and career decision of students in the construction field according to the application of the NCS curriculum, and to conduct a research analysis on how they affect them. To this end, students' perception of NCS education is in four areas, including NCS understanding, practical relevance, educational content, and educational material composition, learning satisfaction is in four areas, such as education law, practice environment, subject satisfaction, and class satisfaction, and career decision is a progression factor. , education system factors, employment factors, and personal factors were analyzed in 4 areas.
Based on the learning satisfaction of students in the construction field of specialized high schools through the results of this study, it is intended to provide basic data for exploring, developing and operating practical and effective educational methods in choosing students' careers. As a result of the analysis, the following conclusions were obtained.
Analysis of differences in NCS education perception and learning satisfaction according to demographic characteristics showed statistically significant differences only in the grade variable, and NCS education perception, learning satisfaction, and career decision were A positive (+) correlation was shown. And as a result of analyzing the effect of NCS education perception on learning satisfaction, it was found that overall NCS education perception had a statistically positive (+) effect on learning satisfaction.
As a result of analyzing the effect of NCS education perception on career decision, it was found that overall NCS education perception had a statistically positive (+) effect on career decision. It was found that the contents of NCS education and the composition of NCS education data had a statistically significant effect on career decision. And finally, as a result of analyzing the effect of learning satisfaction on career decision, it was found that overall learning satisfaction had a statistically positive (+) effect on career decision.
As a result of examining the above, it can be said that the higher the awareness of NCS education, the more influence on learning satisfaction and career decision. And, through this study, a wide range of guidance on NCS education should be provided in the field of school education by examining the correlation between the sub-factors of NCS education perception on learning satisfaction and career decision. In addition, it is judged that it is important to establish a systematic curriculum for cultivating practical skills required in the industrial field in order to improve learning satisfaction and career decision. It is judged that this study will be a meaningful study that can be used as basic data for improving the academic satisfaction of students in the construction field and making rational career decisions.

급변하는 산업 기술과 4차 산업혁명 시대를 맞이하여 국가는 직무와 능력을 세분화하고 표준화하여 이를 교육에 적용하고 있으며, 나아가 미래사회의 산업구조에 맞는 전문화된 인력 양성을 주된 목표로 추구하고 있다. 고도화되는 산업현장에서 기초 교육을 주기적이고 반복적으로 훈련함으로써 현장과 실무에 필요한 지식, 기술, 태도를 갖춘 인재를 효율적으로 배치하고자 한다. 이는 산업계와 교육 훈련 기관이 상호 연계하여 취업 시 재교육이 필요 없는 졸업 이후의 스펙을 관리하게 되어 인적자원의 자기 능력관리를 할 수 있도록 함은 물론, 변화하는 산업현장에 유연한 적응을 유도할 수 있는 국가직무능력표준의 개발 필요성을 대두되게 했다. 이에 맞추어 2016년부터 실업계고등학교가 세분된 특성화고, 마이스터고와 직업훈련 관련 대학인 전문대학, 폴리텍대학 그리고 직업능력개발훈련시설 등 교육과정에 NCS 정책에 부합하는 교육훈련과 프로그램 과정이 운영되도록 적극지원하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 건설 분야 특성화고 학생들을 대상으로 학습에 대한 만족도와 진로의 결정에 대한 영향을 주는 요인으로 NCS 교육과정 적용에 대해 살펴보고, 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대한 연구 분석을 실시하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 학생들의 NCS 교육 인식은 NCS 이해도, 실무연관성, 교육 내용, 교육 자료 구성 등 4개 영역, 학습만족도는 교육법, 실습환경, 교과만족도, 수업만족도 등 4개 영역, 진로결정은 진학적 요인, 교육체계 요인, 취업적 요인, 개인적 요인 등 4개 영역으로 분석하였다.
본 연구의 결과를 통하여 특성화고등학교 건설분야 학생들의 학습 만족도를 근거로 학생들의 진로선택에 있어 실질적이고 효과적인 교육방안을 탐색하거나 개발·운용하기 위한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 분석 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.
인구통계학적 특성에 따른 NCS 교육 인식과 학습만족도의 차이 분석은 학년 변인에서만 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 났으며, NCS 교육 인식, 학습만족도, 진로결정은 전체 NCS 교육 인식과 전체 학습만족도 그리고 전체 진로결정은 정(+)적인 상관관계를 나타냈다. 그리고 학습만족도에 NCS 교육 인식이 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 학습만족도에전체 NCS 교육 인식은 통계적으로 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
진로결정에 미치는, NCS 교육 인식의 영향을 분석한 결과 진로결정에 전체 NCS교육 인식은 통계적 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 보였으며, NCS교육 인식의 하위요인인 NCS이해, NCS실무 연관성, NCS교육 내용, NCS교육 자료구성은 진로결정에 대해 유의미한 통계적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로 진로결정에 영향을 미치는 학습만족도를 분석한 결과 전체 학습만족도는 진로결정에 통계적으로 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
이상의 내용을 살펴본 결과 NCS 교육 인식이 높을수록 학습만족도와 진로결정에 영향을 미친다고 할 수 있다. 그리고 본 연구를 통하여 NCS 교육 인식이 학습만족도와 진로결정에 미치는 하위 요인들 간의 상관관계를 규명함으로써 학교 교육 현장에서 NCS 교육에 대한 폭넓은 지도가 이루어져야 할 것이다. 본 연구가 건설분야 학생들의 학업만족도 향상과 합리적인 진로결정을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있는 의미있는 연구가 될 것으로 판단한다.
