체육계열전공자의 대학생활적응이 학업성취도와 진로결정태도에 미치는 영향 = The Effect of Study Achievement and Attitude of Career Decision Making by Majoring in Physical Activity’s University Life Adjustment

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 체육계열전공자들의 대학 생활 적응, 학업성취도, 진로결정태도 간의 상호 관련성을 분석하고 대학생활의 정도가 학업의 성취도와 진로에 대해 준비하고 결정하는데 어떻게 영향을 끼치는지 알아보는데 연구의 목적이 있고, 연구대상자의 일반적 특성을 묻는 선택형 문항과 대학생활적응, 학업성취도, 진로결정태도를 묻는 5점 Likert형 설문문항 등 총 36문항으로 구성된 설문지를 사용하여 조사하였다.
연구대상자들은 경기도에 소재한 3군데 학교를 기준으로 체육계열학과에서 2013년 09월10일부터 10월18일까지 설문지를 배포하여 자기평가기입법(self-administration method)으로 500명에게 설문조사를 실시하였다.
자료처리는 Windows Program SPSS PC Version 18.0을 이용하여 최종 427부의 설문지를 연구목적에 맞게 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, t-test, one-way ANOVA를 실시하였다. 이상의 연구방법과 정차를 토대로 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다.
첫째, 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 대학생활적응, 학업성취도, 진로결정태도에는 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 성별에 따른 대학생활적응, 학업성취도, 진로결정태도에는 모두 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 학년에 따른 대학생활적응에는 유의한 차이가 나타났고, 학업성취도와 진로결정태도는 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 운동경력에 따른 대학생활적응과 진로결정태도에는 유의한 차이가 나타났고, 학업성취도는 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 평점에 따른 대학생활적응에는 유의한 차이가 나타났고, 학업성취도와 진로결정태도는 차이가 나타나지 않았다.
둘째, 대학생활적응, 학업성취도, 진로결정태도 간의 상관관계 분석 결과, 대학생활적응의 변인인 정서적 적응이 학업성취도와 진로준비행동에는 부적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 진로결정수준에는 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 대학생활적응의 변인인 대학에 대한 애착이 학업성취도와 진로준비행동에는 부적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 진로결정수준에는 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 대학생활적응의 변인인 사회적 적응이 학업성취도와 진로준비행동, 진로결정수준에 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 대학생활적응의 변인인 신체적 적응이 학업성취도와 진로준비행동에는 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 진로결정수준에는 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 대학생활적응의 변인인 학문적 적응이 학업성취도와 진로준비행동에는 부적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 진로결정수준에는 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 학업성취도가 진로준비행동과 진로결정수준에서 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
셋째, 체육계열 전공자의 대학생활적응이 학업성취도에 미치는 영향에서는 학문적 적응, 사회적 적응, 대학에 대한 애착, 신체적 적응에서 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
넷째, 체육계열 전공자의 대학생활적응이 진로결정태도에 미치는 영향 에서는 대학생활적응의 하위요인인 학문적 적응이 진로결정태도의 하위요인인 진로준비행동에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 대학생활적응의 하위요인인 사회적 적응, 정서적 적응이 진로결정태도의 하위요인인 진로결정수준에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
다섯째, 체육계열 전공자의 학업성취도가 진로결정태도에 미치는 영향 에서는 학업성취도가 진로결정태도의 하위요인인 진로준비행동과 진로결정수준에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study to analyze relationship between university life adjustment, study achievement and attitude of career decision making and how they have an impact to prepare career decision making and study achievement to university life adjustment of majoring in physical activity's. The questionnaire is composed of 36 items, Likert scale 5type, which ask general characteristic, university life adjustment, study achievement, and attitude of career decision making.
Objects of this study where located Gyeonggi-do, majoring in physical activity, three universities, 500 objects, during 10th september 2013 to 18th October 2013.
Information handling used Windows Program SPSS PC Version 18.0 and total 427 questionnaires carry out analysis of frequency, factorial analysis, reliability analysis, t-test and one-way ANOVA. the results are followed.
First, there are significance difference between university life adjustment, study achievement and attitude of career decision making with general characteristic. In grades, there are significance difference to university life adjustment, insignificance difference to study achievement and attitude of career decision making. In career of athletic, there are significance difference to university life adjustment and attitude of career decision making, insignificance difference to study achievement. In received mark, there are significance difference to university life adjustment, insignificance difference to study achievement and attitude of career decision making.
Second, Their have negative correlation between university life adjustment, which factor of emotional adjustment, and study achievement, preparing career activity. They has positive correlation of career decision level. University life adjustment, which factor of attachment to one's university have negative correlation among study achievement and preparing career activity. there are insignificance difference to preparing career activity. The society adjustment, which factor of university life adjustment, has positive correlation among study achievement, preparing career activity and career decision level. The physical adjustment, which factor of university life adjustment, has positive correlation among study achievement and preparing career activity. there is insignificance difference to career decision level. The academic adjustment which factor of university life adjustment has negative correlation among study achievement and preparing career activity. there is insignificance difference to career decision level. There are positive correlation among study achievement, preparing career activity and career decision level.
Third, the effect of majoring in physical activity's university life adjustment which factor of academic, society, attachment to one's university, physical adjustment has significant impact on university life adjustment.
Fourth, the effect of majoring in physical activity's university life adjustment by attitude of career decision making impact on academic adjustment, which factor of university life adjustment and career preparing activity, which factor of attitude of career decision making. also their impact on career decision level, which factor of attitude of career decision making, to society, emotional adjustment , which factor of university life adjustment.
Fifth, the effect of majoring in physical activity's study achievement by attitude of career decision making impact on preparing career activity and career decision level, which factor includes attitude of career decision making.
