비영리조직에서의 BSC(균형성과표)의 적용에 관한 연구 = A Study on Application of BSC(Balanced Scorecard) of the Non-Profit Organization

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본연구의 목적은 비영리조직이 직면한 다양한 문제들을 해결할 수 있는 수단으로서 “BSC 도입을 통한 비영리조직 운영이 가능한가?” 이다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 비영리조직과 BSC의 이론적 검토를 토대로 비영리조직의 BSC 도입과 함께 비영리조직에서 적용할 수 있는 가를 살펴보았다. 그 결과, BSC 시스템의 구축이 비영리조직이 추구하는 가치와 미션의 달성 유무를 효과적으로 설명할 수 있음을 알 수 있었고 이를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 비영리기관에서 BSC 도입시 직원에 대한 성과보상체계 연계, 의사소통 활성화, 최고관리자의 BSC에 대한 인식 고취, 핵심성과지표 개발을 제안하였다

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was explored the feasibility of implementing BSC models in the non-profit organizations, and to exarning the effectiveness of BSC models in promoting ompetitiveness. And then This study will be focusing on the necessity of the BSC system and the process of enforcing it. Through this study, it was found that BSC is a strategic tool to help non-profit organizations achieve thire goals. On the Based of the result, It was suggested that is necessary to be reflect the evaluation outcome in compensation policies, communication activation, supported by the CEO to use the BSC continuously and Developing Key Performance Indicator.
