Conclusion
(1) Attitude to sports at an athletic department in school had more influnce on men than women.
(2) According to the analysis of relation between the years in a athletic department and the pursuit of value.
① As the years in a athletic department increased their value on sports and so gave winning a game more value than Fair play. This phenomina happens remarkably in men.
② As the years passed, men occupied a superior position to women on the point of the pursuit if winning, while women want fair and best play. Women are much apt to have importance on elements play.
(3) According to the analysis of the relation between level of a participating game and valuing on it.
① The higher the level of a game is, the more winning value they had on the game. Especially this appointed was shower in the level of all over country.
② Attitude seems to be different between men and women according to the level of a game. Women pursned fair and best attinde. There was little difference of level in men and women in the game of vountry level.
(4) The level of a game had more influence of them than the years in a athletic department.
(5) One who plays team sports is apt to win a game but inside of women there is little aptitude of doing best play.
(6) Men are much apt to win a game where as women are apt to give elements of play their ralue. This is unique, generalo representation of attitude in the role of their play.
An Athletic department in school, howere, in general seems to reinforce the attitude of winning a game.

Suggestion
Isuggest the followings according to the above
① In a athletic department only pursuit of wining a game affects students' affection
② A leader of the athletic department need to teach normal civil-spirit to students by focusing on the growing of attitude.
