North Korea``s nuclear problem plays a great role in the international relations of the only Northeast Asia which is repeated by the concern of the Big Four. the four greatest powers of the world, today. This is because of the fearful destructive power of nuclear and the level of a missile already developed by North Korea, By the reason of such a great destructive power of nuclear, the existing nuclear powers have objected to other country``s nuclear development except themselves. To accomplish this, they founded IAEA .and they contracted and applied nuclear non-proliferation treaty, Of course, there is America in the center of them. In this circumstances, North Korea``s nuclear development is only regarded as the vital menace cause of America``s world strategy and it has leaded to the nuclear conflict of North Korea and America. Though North Korea has enforced to develop nuclear development on account of many reasons in spite of North Korea``s hard economical condition. the most important thing is to ensure her system by possessing nuclear. In the worst case, She believes that this is because of multipurpose that she will be able to secure economical support in the course of agreement process for denunciation. Anyway, North Korea``s nuclear problem appeared to be solved by the chance of 2. 13 agreement in 2007. And this agreement will influence a lot the relations between South and North Korea afterward. In this situation. we will endeavor peace settlement for the Korean Peninsula by lasting North Korea``s policy of reconcilement and cooperation.
